Mr. Casey, When I want to make someone feel special I give them my time. Hours spent staring at their photo, rendering the details of their faces. Translating them into art. I give them part of a gift that was granted me. Then they know they were not only thought of, they were focused on. Do you ever give a piece of mind, a bit of time away as gifts? Maybe for her birthday a custom composed little ditty telling your mom how much she means to you. A humorous limerick for your dad on Father's Day.ect...A gift not meant for the crowds.

My grandmother McCarthy taught me that it is never about material gifts and it's all about time spent. I spent alot of great time with her and my other Grandma Casey. I felt my grandmas always understood me even when I was 21 and telling them I was gonna be a rock singer. They always thought it was great that I was doing something I loved. They were so observant in seeing the way my eyes shined when I talked about music. They never deterred me. I do remember my grand Mac one time telling me that I needed to shave off my rock goatee cause my face was long enough and I didn't need to accentuate it any more. haha The honest truth is the best!
