Hi Marty,
Is this weather driving you as insane as it is driving me? Have you caught that terrible cold that everyone here has that lingers on seemingly forever? Have you slid on the ice so many times that you are thinking of wearing ice skates instead of shoes for the remainder of the winter? Have you lost your mind like I have and post messages to rock stars? Cabin Fever?! Gotta love Chicago.

Jenni,

This was my first winter in Chicago in a few years and it was BRUTAL.

I got that terrible cold and finally got rid of it.

I slipped and fell 4 times and one time smacked my head so hard on the ice I thought I saw Jim Morrison tackle Kurt Cobain on Milwaukee Avenue and I lost my mind more times than I can count. I even had to move into a new place on the two days of blizzard and one day of icy winds that I think gave my brother frostbit on his fingers.

Just terrible. I'm out of here. haha
