I think the anticipation building up to this day just all the talking, planning and finally meeting everyone was such an up experience their is nowhere to go but down! The concert was unbelievable! I had seen them twice acoustic, but it was nothing like I seen Friday!!! They are an experience not to be adequately described with words, aren't they? |

It was good. There is some amazing raw talent in the group. Others who really didn't shine but were fine. What amazed me is how the set looked in person. So much smaller than it looks on TV. Dave Navaro looked yummy. We wrote some reviews in the RS thread. Mine is in the plain RSII thread, 4R in the RSII Opening ROcked .

I could see myself going back for more tapings. It was fun being there. But I don't have 6 hours every Friday to devote to it.

mine too - I got a cell cert from sil --- and had said Sleeper would be great, but didn't know if they did it live --- so Eyes Can't See would be 2nd choice so I got Eyes --- which was fine - what I could hear of it - lots of static --- still - it's good to be part of the experience even that much!! Can't wait until HammerJam!!! My mom's worried about me being able to afford it - but I told her I've made it a priority so I will afford it!!!  |

You have to be there! You will make it work. I know money issues can be challenging but there's ways to cut on costs--roommates etc. I know some people have more resources than others--but I know some folks are hooking up and going 4 to a room to make the hotel less expensive. Can't do much about airfare--it is what it is.

But I also feel alive--and if my friends want to smirk. I know that part of them is also jealous that they don't have something that makes them feel like a giggly girl! |
