According to a poster on the LH board, the band did do another song on Mancow - Straight As An Arrow! lovehammers.proboards18.com/index.cgi?board=hammerheads&action=display&thread=1132766316If this is so, then apparently I can shift my vaguely disgruntled feeling away from Mancow and more toward the shitty syndicated station that I listen to (and the two other syndicated stations I could find online that were streaming Mancow) that simply didn't air their second song! Grrr.

FYI I have a download mp3 of the Mancow show which I want to edit and just post LH parts....but with the trip to Chicago, having to do Thanksgiving dinner with family today and cook, and working on posting Metro info for site--I have not had time to listen to the whole thing and edit it for the site.
UPDATED: We have a volunteer to handle the Mancow file for us. Thank you to Jennifer. Also thanks to Angela and Juliana who voluteered as well. You guys are great!!

Just listened to it - Marty sounded great and I loved Billy's guitar - Lovehammers just rock. Those Mancow guys really like to talk don't they? Yeah, so nice of you to bring guests on your show - what on earth for? So you can listen to your own voice? When Marty did get a chance to say something though, what came across was how much class he had compared to . . . the other guys. Marty, don't change Some parts were kind of funny though . . . hey wait a second . . . Marty can't fly?

I was at first disappointed with the Mancow clip until Trees came on. Marty and the band sounded so awesome with their new version of Trees. I'm also becoming a huge Billy fan. I can't wait for the new Trees to come out on CD. Cindy once again, you are the greatest! Denise

The hosts of that show sure love to hear the sound of their own voices, though. I was thinking, okay, enough about you... this is supposed to be about Marty and the Lovehammers. It kind of reminded me of the skit Jimmy Fallon used to do on SNL where he was a radio host who did a bunch of different characters and embarrassed his guests. It was MUCH funnier when Jimmy Fallon did it, btw.

I just listened to the radio thing (thanx cindy & amy!). I thought it was hilarious when he said "Marty can fly and he healed a child in India!" And "Trees" sounded wonderful too! I can't wait for it to be released!
