So Nancy, I am off your Christmas list, huh?!?! One comment and you forget all those pics I dropped for you from Pearl.  Strange thing is....I don't have a Christmas List yet, should I make one?.... It was a fun thang to say at the moment...you know I love you....goofball..... The very beginning of Hold On sounds like I Will Follow. My freind even mentioned it to Billy, and he said it's the same thing just a step down.  never noticed the beginning that way, but there's a musical bridge in the middle that sounds EXACTLY like u2...it's hot. I'll have to listen for that. I hear a lot of influences in Billy's playing, but he doesn't sound just like anyone. He is really talented.  |

Everytime I saw he, he just left me jaw-dropped. He seemed so at ease on stage as I had not seen before. And those fingers...  |

I LOVED Billy at The Basement and his "Rockin in the Free World" was awesome.
I agree UandMe not only Billy, but the whole band must have taken it to a new level (ha ha) on this tour.

And I bet Billy was impressed with your friend. He was! He told her she had a good ear.  Wish I had said it! She stole my comment at the Virgin Megastore thing too. I had told her that a little part of SAAA reminds me of old Replacements...and she told Billy that, and he was impressed then too.  He said good ear then too. ;D |
