RF- I'm sure that any of the hotels on North Michigan Avenue are fine. South is a different story. I stayed at a bad one once....trying to remember the name. Are those both North?

Is the South Side where Bad Bad Leroy Brown lives?? No, I'm sure there are some great hotels on the south side. I just stayed at a bad one on South Michigan avenue. It was for a bachelorette party and they didn't get us into a room until around 5:00 a.m. Keep in mind we checked it at 6:00 p.m. They kept giving us keys to other people's rooms, which was a little scary. |

RDG - if there was a large group of you - staying out by the airport would be fine. There are no free shuttles that I am aware of and cab fare into the city can be about $30 - 35, but if you get 4 or 5 people in a cab, it wouldn't be too bad. Cabs are always available so transportation wouldn't be an issue.
