(Yeah, but still nice) Glancing up, Ayesa took the Coke from Fly, "Guess that ought to make us even, seeing as what a lousy f**king job I did." Suddenly, she hissed through her teeth, "Goddammit! Hang on a sec, I cut myself." As she got up, she looked at Fly, "You're welcome to give it a go while I get a bandaid out of my office. Oh and here," she tossed her a canister, "give Bob some of this in the face for me. It's a new formula I've been meaning to test out." And then she walked out. (Note-I never actually picked locks. I wasn't THAT bad.) The other sat down, feeling a quick flashback. She began to wiggle the slender pick about when Bobby walked up. "Don't even, Bobby. I'm busy." "Don't you even-" "I WILL mace your sorry ass if you f**k with me right now, Bobby," she cut him off, spitting out a curse as the pick slipped. "Try me." Fly grabbed the cannister and held it up for him to see. "Do you really want me to?" "Uh, no, I'll be going now." "Smart man," Fly muttered, going back to her work. (It's not that bad...I only use my powers for good, I swear!) As she headed back to the lounge, Ayesa passed Bobby in the hall, who proceeded to glare at her. Stopping, she grabbed his arm and leaned close. "Shoot me that look again," she hissed, "And see what happens. What happens between you and Fly is your business and hers, but don't take it out on me." Letting him go, she continued down the hall and stopped in the foyer, "Any luck?" she took a sip of her coke and sighed, "I swear, whoever's in there is going to get it." |
