She came in and asked me directly why I needed the time off. I guess I could say it's personal, but that doesn't feel like the truth. I don't think there is anything wrong with a person taking time to do something they enjoy. I always had put work and family before myself and this is the first time in my life I started doing things for myself, so I guess I don't feel like making an excuse to doing what I want. Does that make any sense? You should have told her you needed a mental health day hee-hee. You more than deserve time off for a concert. sorry I keep disapearing, I am looking around on teh internet. JS, your right, we all need it. Hi HY and Ginger.

YC, I saw that earlier. You go and enjoy yourself.
What kind of work do you do?

I will probably be poofing now and then, even though there are only about 10 people here today, I keep getting emails from people working at home!
If their home, they should just take it easy!

I am going to go broke on iTunes I went on to get some James Brown since he just died a couple of days ago, then started to "explore" (shop..lol) and now I've got some of the more obscure Rolling Stones songs, then Suite Judy Blue Eyes, then Cat Stevens, and a song by Hot Chocolate called You Sexy Thing. ;D

Is YC still here? Sounds like alphabet soup in here today!! ;D I am still here, trying to multitask. It is funny how we all seem to talk in code isn't it. I work for a church hence the concert not being a priority! But, I so need it, I guess I didn't need to take 2 days, but I didn't want to drive home 2 hours late after partying and heading to work.

Jagger is now singing
Take me down Little Susie...take me down. (Dead Flowers)
Marty could sing that really well I think!

I've never been a big Stones fan. I don't know why. There are some of their songs I love, but very few.
