G'day Ladies
Just a quickie in the cool of the morning before the day hots up big time. Another scorcher is on the way...so bloody hot...another bout of Marty weather is on the way here in Melbourne. HELEN I so hope the horses are coping with the heat mate?
So many new ladies ....g'day to Guitargirl and Starcrossed...so nice to meet you.
JET .....time for a quick fag mate?? We could whack on Diamond Dogs if ya like and then Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars?? Yeah, I agree, no wonder we both love Marty....there is something very "Bowie" about him!!
Darling Den, Peeksie, Ingt, Sozl, Bronte, Dawn, Trees, Gaia, hope you all have a good day.....I'm off to have a cold shower.......something I usually do after many Marty thoughts...but as I said before we are in for another hot week.

Aussie Bar Mystery – Who done it? Part 3ish
The Investigation Newspaper Headlines-
TV News Reporter Recovers as Investigation Continues TV News Reporter is said to be recovering at home as the investigation continues today at the recently relocated Aussie Bar. MC.org Moderators have been sent to interview witnesses. According to statements made Wednesday night by some witnesses, during Marty Casey’s performance  several Corona beer bottles and what may have been a microphone were thrown in the direction of the reporter.  One witness said that the reporter was taunting both singers Toby Rand  and Marty Casey.  Singer Marty Casey stated The reporter was pushing some
buttons. Some people may not have liked that.  The TV News Cameraman  recalled right before the lights went out several of the fans avoided the camera.  One fan grabbed his camera.  When the lights came on, he looked down to find his camera and the TV Reporter on the floor. Meanwhile back at the Aussie Bar Stiletto:  Okay dudes. What happened? One minute I’m doing the usual Meet ‘N Greet for the Newbies and the next thing I know I get an APB that there is a violation of MC.org Code #01-604-666-2007… ..  ….. no wait, that’s my cell phone number. Never mind. So did anyone see what happened? Rockbeast: Hey man. You know I’d help you out bro. I can’t remember a thing. I don’t even remember what day this is.  Lizzie: Come on luv. Join us. We were just getting started. I've got snags and prawns straight off the barbie.  Stiletto: Just a minute. I have to check in with the other moderators... Chitowngirl and Penny74, how is the investigation going? Chitowngirl: Great! We're really getting a lot of information. Right Penny? Penny74: Definately.  Stiletto: That's good. Chitowngirl:.....now where were we girls....oh, yeah...so what are your favorite Marty pants? The white ones or the sexy black ones he wore Wednesday night? I reeeeeeeeeeeally think he looked hot don't you.  Penny74: Remember the ones he wore at Hammerjam? It really is hard to decide which ones I like better. Hi Star, nice to see you here. You're welcome anytime, it was really nice chatting with you the other day.
Den - It sounds like you had a fantastic time with your family. So its Bailey's and old LH today...very nice combination! I got into Peek's Brew over the weekend, so I think the supply may be running a bit low. I also ventured into the assylum and met Starcrossed and Rachael.
Lizzie - Both my favourite Bowies albums along with Space Oddity and Man Who Sold The World. I remember I was 16, sleeping outside the Sydney Cricket Ground in a line up to get tickets for the Serious Moonlight tour. Tickets were only $20!! I think I almost melted into a puddle when he sang Heroes.

I have a house full of 15yr olds today, and a backyard full of dust!! It's Flatlanda's 15th birthday tomorrow and all his mates are here tearing up the place on their motorbikes. It should be a fun day.

Hey Den, Jet, Chk, Lizzie, Helen, Ing, Peeksy, Bronte, Natasha and all old and new friends of the Aussie thread...phew that was a mouthful  Sorry for not stopping by here much...I'm back to my crazy schedule  But I have been enjoying all the piccies and Den's stories. Den thanks for the pressie, I'll keep an eye out for it. I'm going to have to drag myself down to the post office soon... got a pressie for you too! Jet, I'm still waiting by the mailbox....hope the postie doesn't lose that DVD...I really wanna see it!!  Oh, and hope that your son had a great birthday. Must have been something with all the motorbikes roaring. Lizzie, Melb's still scorching? It's been raining over here almost every day with parts of Singapore getting flooded. I think Oz sure could use some of the rain. Hi to all Aussies and our Oh so wonderful new friends!!!  Sorry it has been awhile since posts but have been very busy with blood tests everyday, physio and hydrotherapy back in full swing, doc appointments and still have the horses to look after.  Speaking of the horses, they are all very well and Epic is looking so exceptionally good that I (with the help of 2 friends) am taking Eppy to a horse show on Sunday, she will be out there Street Teaming in her LOVEHAMMERS rug. My friend Wendy will compete with her as I can't do it with my crutches but I have spent all week getting her ready and re training her as she hasn't been out since her foal show back in May last year. She is such a beautiful girl and so well mannered, her nature is just gorgeous. I will keep you informed if we have success and take some photos for the boards. I can't expect her to win after such a big break and her classes are open ages and with her being only a yearling she still lacks maturity but we will see how we go, after all it is just for fun as I miss the shows so much  The weather here is so  stinking hot that it is horrible doing anything outside  everyday in the last 10 has been over 95 degrees F and the rest of the week is still going to be that hot. The weekend weather is a little cooler so hopefully we wont melt away at our horse show. I hate summer when it is this depressingly hot.  The bushfires are only getting worse and each day there is the threat that we will be evacuated if the fires get any closer. It is a very scary time. I can hear the thunder all around us tonight as I am typing but no rain is falling here and unfortunately it isn't helping the bushfire areas either. It is only making more fires with lightning strikes.  It is so sad seeing properties and livestock lost everyday.  Now to change the subject completely, my neighbor and I were talking yesterday and it turns out she went to school with Toby Rand and has kissed him many times, we both had a good laugh and it turns out she likes Marty also, I am gonna burn the CD's for here and she can help spread the LOVE  Den, awesome talking to you on the phone, it felt like we were sitting across the table from each other over a cuppa. I miss you so much  I am sending this big hug your way mate!!  I am so glad your Chrissy was great, your family is so lucky to have you. I give the ponies Den hugs daily, they have all been moved up near the stables and Trees is much better to catch now and give hugs to, she just needs more attention. Little Marty is bloody gorgeous!! He is now changing his coat color to what it will be for the foal shows and it is gonna be beautiful. I am weaning him in 3 weeks and really looking forward to it. Will take some more photos of him soon for you all to see. Watched a show on TV last night called "The Road Beyond Rockstar" (or something like that) got to see a few snippets of Marty, it was awesome to see him on TV again. The show was mainly about Toby and was fun to see old highlights again.  Anyway, must go and try to cool down, gonna be a stinking hot night again tonight to sleep, maybe I will put a tent outside, it will be cooler than in the house! Bye for now, love always Helen  |

Helen, sounds as if your friend has some really  memories or maybe memories with Toby. Yesterday I ventured out into the Asylum for a few minutes.  Boy do you have to be on your toes to keep everything/one straight......anyhooo, the talk at that second....and I do mean second....was that Marty felt at times like a piece of meat. I wonder if Toby ever feels that way.  Guess you have to be careful what you wish for, ya might get it.  Den |

Hiya ladies, thanks again to all of you for making me feel welcome here, and the is quite a tradition in the Dawn Household too! My thoughts are with all of you that have the worry of the bush fires. It must be awful living with that going on. Well, really should get back to work, have had loads to catch up on the boards, it seems to be taking over my life! Nevermind it's the best addiction I've had so far ;D ;D ;D |
