Klees, I've been meaning to ask you for a super long time, is there a special significance to your siggy? Or are you just all about music, too? Well, of corse I'm all about the music. But I put that up there after seeing a promo clip from the LH dvd...Billy said it, but I don't think it actually ended up on the dvd...anyway, that was a really long time ago, so I should probably think up something new to put up. ;D

Hmm, I did get to see The Bravery for a belated VDay. They were...interesting. I've heard of them but don't know if I've actually heard them. What was so interesting about them? Oh, and how was Flogging Molly? I saw you got to go afterall!

Did you get a free tune-up? Or did you have to work a trade.

Oh, and how was Flogging Molly? I saw you got to go afterall! I really like their music when I listen to it outside of a concert. But for some reason, it just sounded off live. The lead singer was more Cure-like and it seemed forced. Odd. And he was soooooo sporadic onstage. I'll listen to them on itunes. Flogging Molly was awesome!!!! We had the best time. I went with the HJ SIL and we were right there on the floor in the middle. It was insane!!!! When I went to the VIP section afterwards, hubby's friend asked if everything was okay with the ticket. He was surprised I was 'down there.' ;D

I'm so glad you got to see FM. Sounds like it was a blast! Maybe I'll get to see them someday at an Irish festival or something. I'll have to check out the Bravery. Yeah, some bands are disappointing live. To me, that indicates they're not as good as they seem. Weird you mentioned the Cure...I've been wanting to download some of their songs.

Ohhhh, what did you make for dinner and dessert? Yum. Well, let's see...baked parmesan chicken, green beans with almonds, potatoes, and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a hit.

I love the Cure. But for some reason it just didn't work. Check out The Bravery while you are there. Oh, and an incredible band that opened for them, Switches. Or is it The Switches. Either way, they were incredible live. Such incredible talent and a captivating stage presence.

Oh oh, that reminds me. The National is opening for REM when they tour this summer. I wonder if they will be near Cincy? They are playing Chicago.

REM is touring? Do they have new music out? Wow, I saw them in the late 80's. I could see them playing here.

Good job. NO, I have not had either. I'll have to look if they are available here in town. Of course, after hammerfest. I'm trying to lose a pound or two. LOL Speaking of which, are you still doing yoga? I love, love it!!!

Do you like the BoDeans? They have a new cd coming out and are putting a tour together. Going to see them in Indy 4/11. They are one of my fave live bands.
