I know the Chicago concert is sold out and went fast and there are several days between INXS next concert. Sort of surprised they didn't add a second night.

I'm surprised there wasn't another Chicago show added also....or one downstate. They had to know that it would be a popular place...with it being Marty's home and all.

I hear ya! I was wondering the same thing. Kinda hoping that they will add another show at some time. Another leg ot the tour? But then, Lovehammers may not be on then!?
I am one of those who tried for tics at 1 pm but didn't get them.

Chicago definitely needs a 2nd date!! I just checked my ticket "scalper",and the prices for the one show are outrageous. You'd think John Lennon had risen from the grave to perform. It's got to be "all about Marty",too.

Yesterday I asked my sister (who signed up on the INXS site for tix) to keep an eye out for an added date to Chicago so that we could see MC twice (I figure if I am going all that way, I might as well have twice as much Marty..) She said that they have just added Toronto during that week, which doesn't make much logistical sense, but is good news for those in Canada who need their MC too... Now if only the weather will be tolerable in February!

Plus, the venue is pretty small from what I hear. A Chicago show would've been nice considering that it is Marty's home town. Maybe that's part of why there isn't a second show in Chicago? Maybe they don't want Marty stealing the limelight? Who knows.. |

oh, yeah, Toronto makes sense for JD/INXS, just not in terms of being close to Chicago -- I wouldn't want to trust the weather in the Midwest in February!
