Who else didn't get tickets?

I know there are other sad souls out there like me who tried to get tickets to shows but didn't. Wondering how many of us there are?


I was on ticketmaster waiting to buy tickets at 1 pm for Chicago and still did not get tickets. Of course, at 1:12, 2 tickets popped up for the veeerrrrrryyyy back of the floor and my dh chose that moment to walk in and try to talk to me and I lost the tickets. Wahhhhhhhhh!!!!! I didn't talk to him all day...he felt horrible. Even though they were bad seats, they would have been better than no seats!

Anyone have 2 Chicago tics they would like to sell? Please?

Sorry to hear that UandMe. I may have one extra to the Chicago show...but I won't know for sure until right before the show. If I do end up with extras, I'll post on this board to give you all first shot at them.

Were you able to get tickets to the Metro show? Or the Q101 at the Aragon?

Ticket brokers are asking big money for tix...but I just got two tix for Atl City on Ebay for $89 each which was not too bad for $70 tix. 49 rows from stage but really not bad seats in a small venue where all are good seats. Just missed two earlier in the day by $2 that went for under $100 each. So you may want to check Ebay for tix for your respective venues. You may be able to get them without getting crushed...

I'm in Canada - tried as hard as I could for the Toronto shows - was there the moment they went on sale and can't figure out how I didn't get any. . .

I REALLY want to go, but ebay prices for Toronto are outrageous - I'm not liking the idea of paying the wrong people.

I have also checked into getting tickets for the Aragone(?) show as well. I am really just going for Marty and am dragging my dh along. He has heard of O.A.R. so he may enjoy that show if we can't go to the INXS show. Would the Lovehammers play longer at the Twisted 12 show? Anyone know? Of course, I may be too old to mosh! LOL

Try calling the concerts box office first. Instead of online ticket agents their markup price seems about 500 percent. Most of the time you get the seats you want when calling the box office. Where as ticketmaster & cheaptickets the asking price is $400+ for good seats and they offer only one set of seats. Giving you no options. Just fyi. The box office still let you order over phone with you credit card and sends the tickets to you at the concert prices of
$25-75. Online costs a simple fortune for the same seat. Just FYI

Yeah, I slept in. My meds render me catatonic. I don't have the money for concerts anyway. WHat was I thinking. I envy those of you who get to go and hope you have a kick arse time Blow Marty and Bobby a kiss for me!

Thanks to an awesome fellow Marty fan on this site, I now have tickets in my hand. I am so thankful to be able to go.

I know there are many others out there who aren't able to go to a show b/c you either were unable to get tix or LH are not playing near you and I sympathize with you all. But at least there is a new album coming out to appease us all.

;)I am still in DESPERATE need of 2 Tickets to the Jan 20th -or- 21rst Concert in Lincoln City, Oregon at The Chinook Winds Casino. My Daughter can pay $50 for her Ticket & I can borrow $50 for mine. If someone has Tickets but wants more than that...I have some DVD's I could Trade if necessary and also a $300 Brazillian Chrystal & a LDT Lighted Mirrored Base that turns. My Daughter also has like little Girl & Little Boy's clothes and also Toys. I am sure we could work "Something" out. She has a Job & I do NOT right now...suppose to start Part-time like for 2-3 days in Dec but then not again until sometime in Jan as I do Private In-Home Care & Hospice. I just don't have alot of "Material" things to sell -or- would try & get more $$$ to pay for Tickets. I am a good Cook tho so could also make some Jam...Cookies etc It would mean so MUCH to me if there :'(is "anyone" out there that will work w/ us on the Tickets. I understand that there are some Tickets to the Lincoln City Concert on eBay for like $180-$240 each but we just don't have that kind of $$$ ...if you live down here on the Coast you have to work HARD just to keep Rent & Utilities paid let alone have extra left over. I am just upset we can't find Tickets but we do have 2 months left

I feel your pain domesticflowergirl. I live in Vancouver and could not get tickets to the show either. It's in a small venue. I think they seriously underestimated the fan base/ticket sales for this tour.

:)WooHoo...just got the 2 Tickets I NEEDED last nite :)Well...I have a copy of them plus exchanged 4-6) E-mails with the gal plus talked to her on the phone and have made CONCRETE( well...can't really say Concrete until their in my hands...lol ) plans to pick them up in Corvallis Dec 4th next Sunday...1 week from today. She lives closer to Portland & I live in Newport so she's willing to drive 1/2 to give me the Tickets. I was so Fortunate that she was willing sell them at Cost-or- I wouldn't have been able to get them. You might check on e-Bay tho as read on here where someone was actually Posting their Tickets on ebay for ONLY $29 & LESS that what they paid for them as they weren't able to go. YES...there are Tickets on there that are going for / have gone for $200 per Ticket even in the back row BUT Please do NOT give-up on getting Tickets. Advertise / Ask on different Threads / Posts etc ...that you would like to find 2 Tickets to either the Concert jan 20th -or- Jan 21rst. Still have some time to find them & I know there are afew people that might be willing to sell them to you at Cost...I was just so Bleassed & Fortunate to have found someone ;)That was willing to do this for me & my Daughter...I will say a "Prayer" for you also that you find your Tickets as I had alot of support from Members on the Board here!!!
