I may be partial to Lovehammers, but they way outshone JD and INXS. Their sound was all wrong, and you could barely make out the words, and I totally agree with Rockbeast, JD seems to have a thing for gyrating against things. I too, got sick of it all, and lucky thing , cuz our guys were in the lobby talking and taking pics,etc. They were all sooo nice. And seemed suprised that we would be there just to see them!Got autographs from all, and pics, but on a disposable camera,(didn't want anything confiscated incase it wasn't allowed,but we weren't searched or anything) These guys are soo nice, I'm glad we got in at the beginning of the tour. INXS is calling the shots,and isn't doing any fan stuff that we can see. One of their guys came out to tell one of Lovehammers crew to move everyone to the side cuz we would be in the way or something when JD got done, Marty took off pretty quick, but Billy and Bobby were still around. Had to hang by the bus after to get the elusive Dino pic and sig, but well worth it. OH, and there were members from Candlebox there too, talkin to the guys. Can't wait til Lovehammers come to town again!

Thanks so much for sharing. Sound like LOVEHAMMERS NEED TO FIND A UNCONVENTIONAL DESIGINATED SPOT TO MEET AND GREET WHILE ON TOUR WITH INXS......so their fans can still get to show the love for the band!!! I would definitely be getting up as soon as LH was over....Sorry no offense to INXS....

RB!!!! Hey! I didn't even get a chance to read your review yet...I couldn't get past the pix! MARTY'S WEARING MY NECKLACE! AHHHH!!!!

I gave him that necklace at the Aragon! It is a Japanese coin on a leather cord. I told him that I'd recently been in Japan and that everyone told me to bring something back for him....I did and he's wearing it in that pic! Thanks for that RB!!!! Awesome! Now I'm going to have to read your review! I can hardly wait...I'm so excited! Might have to wait for my lunch hour though....naturally I'm at work.

: ) RB good review. Sounds about right, but didn't Bobby start off the set by pounding on those beautiful drums? *melting all over again* And the guys were totally awesome. Got all their sigs but missed Marty with the pics. He's a really good con artist--tricked me twice! (First into no sig and then after the initial shock/realizing I'ld been conned I got a sig but then he disappeared on me again.) But eh. Oh and RB I like the picture of you and Billy. You should get me that photographer's name. ; ) Well I must go to class.

What a great review rockbeast. thank you. It really bums me out that people were not on their feet during the set. Im glad you were so close so they could hear you screaming for them. I can't wait for the viper show next week.

Great review rockbeast, and your pictures are awesome! It's going to be a tough call, because I do want to see INXS but also want to get close (very close) to Marty, too. Hmmm...I'll have to play it by ear. I expect a MUCH rowdier Lovehammer crowd in Chicago, but so long as the cd is #1 on VH1 and keeps selling tremendously, I think the band is going to be cool with whatever response they get? My new LH autographed CD shipped today, YAY! Thanks again, great review.

RB, I can't see how you would have upset any of us! I think I was there about the same time you were, ( my focus was on Marty) But other than a few people slipping in front and not waiting their turn I didn't see anything wrong. Wasn't it just great???

They were pretty well received I think, and there was a lot of screaming, whistles, (probably me and RB and a few other big LH fans) but the seats next to me remained empty until INXS was about to start, I think maybe those people were just old INXS fans, and hadn't seen Marty on ROCKSTAR. I was just so happy to be there and get a chance to talk to the guys that most of the evening is all jumbled up in my head! Loved it !!

You rock Rockbeast! I can't believe the crowd were just sitting. I would be jumping up and down like crazy if I was watching LH! Thanks for sharing your story. Since I live so far away in Southeast Asia, I can only "live vicariously" through other Hammerheads who are able to watch LH. I hope that someday I will be able to have the opportunity to go. At this point, it's only a dream in my head. I wish they had their own tour instead.

I'm kindof bummed to hear that people didn't get up and dance during the Lovehammer's set. I'm glad I'm not taking dh to the Toronto concert but I wish I could have got a ticket for my friend (who's a JD fan but she'd be game for dancing through the whole concert even if no one else was up). Hopefully I'll have the guts to get up and dance if I'm there alone.
