Going to tonights show in Seattle! Any tips from the Vancouver show on what to expect? When were the guys around to meet fans? After their set or INXS? Were there lots of Lovehammers fans there, or more INXS? Any help would be great!

Islo, I wasn't there (physically... I was there in spirit) but it sounds like there were lots of Lovehammers fans and if you want to meet the band, you have to hang out at their tour bus after the show. That's what I got out of it anyway. Have a blast tonight!!

There will four of us in Charlotte. Three of us will be right! One will be driving, I love my wife for this!
I am just not going to spend any more bucks to see the better band play 45 minutes of great rock and then have to sit through 2 hours of old guys and the monkey on a string playing with himself.
I will wait on the Lovehammers to do their own thing the second half of 2006 and then go to a few different shows.

1. It started with the Metro show which I asked for as a Christmas gift, so we flew to Chicago for the show, then home (Maryland) for Thanksgiving. The show was the best concert experience I've ever had, so close to the stage and the LH. 2. Then came an urge to get tickets to the Aragon show. I promised my husband this would be the last overnight trip to Chicago to see these amazing guys - I assured him it would be one of the last opportunities to see them up close and personal. He gave in after I said I really don't mind going alone (and I would have). I got to shake Marty's hand (others were doing it so I went along just to get to touch the man); said something really stupid like "you're so super Marty." Missed out on a picture with him though. 3. And then the DC show on 2/18. 4. But first the Viper Room in 2 days! (I promised my husband it would be the last, but he doesn't seem to care as he's getting to like the attention he's getting at work by saying he's going to the Viper Room). 5. I'm working on ebay tickets to the Gibson LA show, but I'm not sure that's going to happen. I figured since we're going for the Viper Room, it only makes sense to make the most of the trip, right? We have lots of frequent flier miles luckily. So, in all, including the DC show, and if we can get to the LA show, 5 LH shows since November and I (we now, my husband is loving this now too) just keep wanting more. I / we have never followed any band like this. The closest is U2, and that's maybe twice per tour and to NY or Philadelphia, but no flying across the country. And did I fail to mention that I'm terrified of flying. I'm loving my addiction.

I will be going to the DC show next month. I will be ALONE, and from Florida. Anyone else by themselves?? Would love to meet up with another lonely soul. Am staying at the Harrington, just 2 blocks away. Hubby thinks this is a business trip LOL. He is NOT a music fan, especially of R&R.. Would have a fit if he knew I was spending $$$$ on tickets for the Lovehammers, some people have no taste!!! Anxious to see the Lovehammers and Marty. Have been playing their new CD constantly. Jean PS, I am an , ahem, more mature woman with a son as old as Marty. But still rockin' Will be seeing them at Clearwater too, my son will be taking me. So will see them TWICE!!!!!

I'll for sure be at the Charlotte show. I am scrambling around trying to make CBGB's work out, but I am not sure - I pulled alot of strings and favors to get to the Aragon show, don't know if I can do it again!
