I will be there with my daughter. We are coming from Phoenix. We are going to do street teaming before the event at the venue. Hopefully, there will be more hammerheads coming!!!

We will be going over to the venue a couple of hours early to street team, so that is where we will be. Do you have any plans yet. We've never been to KC, so I have no idea what the theatre is like etc. We're so excited though!!!

Sounds good to me. Everyone, let's set our watches! Should we all swap cell numbers? I'll be wearing my .org bracelet, but I'll probably be in a long sleeve shirt since it is going to be rainy and cold that night. Then again, it'll be hot as hell in there w/ Marty Casey on stage and taking his shirt off  , so maybe icksnay on the long sleeve. |

Hey, I'm the other street teamer for this show! The Midland theatre is in downtown KCMO. Not really the best part of town to be hanging out early in the afternoon and not many people walking around. For out of towners, the downtown here is not like most cities downtowns. Not much to do. Remember, safety first. If anyone is going alone please contact any of the above people (including myself) to possibly get directions or meet up with the group. If you want to know seat location of tix, pm each other and do not post your seat number directly on the board. If anyone would like my cell number, pm me.
This show is nowhere near sold out. And it is a small venue.

Avalon, good idea mentioning how downtown KC is. I live here too and you do have to be more careful. I'm more leery walking around downtown KC than I was when I was in NY last year. There really isn't anything down there but office bldgs and not a lot of people walking about. I'm going to pm you, so check it.
Also, I'd be more than happy to give my cell number to anyone else. This way if one of us can't be reached the other can. There is parking near the venue, so try to park as close as possible. Don't want to be wondering around the streets that late at night to get to your car. The Midland website will give you parking lot options, check it out.
I'm disappointed that it isn't sold out and that it doesn't sound like a lot of LH fan's are going. Maybe there are more, but they are just being lurkers and not piping up. My seats are in the balcony, but I plan on making it down to the front since there doesn't sound like a lot of people showing.

Hey everyone, I live here in KC and will be going Wed. night! 5 days to go !!!!!! What is the story on cameras in Midland? There is no way I'm leaving mine behind !!! Did you check out the pictures from the Charlotte show this past week !!?? I'm going with my hubby, sister from Charlotte and another friend from KC. Don't know how early we will be there Wed. night since we are going after work. Will go to the lobby as soon as LH finish their show. Can't wait to meet you all !!

Jenni I suggest placing the camera in a space that won't be searched. Use your imagination  And then watch and see if someone else takes pix during the show before you do it. Taking pix in the lobby won't be a problem I don't think. I think the backstage door opens to any alley. I wouldn't go back there alone for safety reasons. |

I'll be there with 2 other Hammerheads...I'm excited to see them here in KC, although it really sucks that they are opening. I'm used to seeing them for an hour and a half or two headlining their own show!
We have CRAPPY seats in the balcony, and I'm very nervous that it will be tough to make it down to the front. I could care less about INXS, so hopefully we will be able to work it out somehow.

We're stuck up in the balcony too and are hoping to make it down to the front, too. I'm a little nervous about security not letting us, but I'm willing to try. The key will be to look like we belong there. I'm hoping it will be like other shows and some of the INXS fans hold off on coming until their band is on. Good luck and maybe I'll see ya before at the 6:30 mtg time!

I am so there girl! Can't wait for Wednesday night. The anticipation is killer! Hope no INXS fans get mad when I take their seats up front to watch the LH's but they'll just have to get over it!
Sounds like we are finally starting to see some people speak up and will meet up with at the show. Can't wait to meet everyone!

I was hoping that the guys could pull some strings for us to get us in front for the show, but it sounds like INXS has a pretty tight reign on what they are allowed to do. I will buy my way to the front if I have to. Has anyone ever seen a show at the Midland?

Anyone else freaking out about there being a meet and greet. After reading some of the other posts from shows and them saying there was no meet and greet, I'm getting really nervous. Someone slap me so I will calm down!! We have to find them!!! I will be so disappointed if I don't!

My wife and I will be heading downtown early to grab some grub and a few drinks before the show. I can't tell you the last time that I was this excited about seeing a band live!!! We hope to meet as many LH fans as we can. Let us know if there is anything we can do to spread the ord about the Lovehammers. If you are coming from out of town, dont worry about downtown KC, it is not nearly as bad as it was years ago and actually a lot safer now.
I REALLY hope there is a meet & greet after the show. My 15 y/o daughter is in TX and will kick my ass if I can't get the LH's to autograph something for her if the do one. She is expecting me to have something for her when she gets here on the 10th.
