Thanks you all....I shall share some of my experience later tonight. I'm at work right now...so I can't type it all up....
All I can say..it was worth it...and I got some belly rubbing action w/ marty...he rubbed mine & I rubbed his...
don't get too excited..it only last 1 sec....
he's so cute when he's drunk...

Wow! Virginia, love those shots! I have one of Mr. Brightside I'm going to post, but nothing like your's or Rachel's (treebee). I decided to hang back a little cuz I thought I could enjoy the performance better. Those of you up front got some unbelievable unobstructed shots.

I truly truly appreciate the fans who got to go and who are posting here to tell us all about it. Please come back and bring us more goodies. Hundreds of us went to the REAL shows and didn't have THIS much to talk about!!! This is like the longest thread ever. You ladies consider yourselves to be VERY VERY lucky, I'm sure! I've enjoyed the stories told, that's for sure  ! |

hey all I posted my bit in the asylum a few days ago, but wanted to add just a little bitty thing that I saw. I don't think anyone else saw it, but as I was heading out done for the nite Marty was coming back from the mens room. A drunk at a slot machine said something like "aren't you from TV?" and Marty was like "uh yeah" then the guy said something really rude and Marty just turned and walked away. He was REALLY pissed but he just shook it off and went on his way. I know this sounds really weird coming from little ol' me but I was really proud of him. He handled quite a few things that night with grace and patience. I wanted to go pound the guy but figured if Marty didn't neither should I ;D He knows what he signed up for but I just wish more people would remember he is human. But I guess there will be a lot of drunken yahoos in his future  Well that's it the show was amazing and everyone else had loads more to tell than me. I'm just glad I finally got a good Marty and me pic! And that I got to go to Vegas with such a great group of ladies, and meet many more there  oh and a really cool hammerhubby.  |

That is REALLY cool. Marty is so dignified & diplomatic. But like you said, he's still a human being with feelings... I heard crap like that in Vegas & I just don't get why people use putting others down to make themselves feel superior. WHATEVAH! anyway, THANK YOU for sharing, that is a really great memory... |

Hey, I tried to give him some and he politely (I think, I hope) declined! I was shocked and a little insulted after all of Barbara's (the designer) hard work and the money that Tara Jordan and I had put into them. Oh well, you can't please everyone now can you? lol

He was REALLY pissed but he just shook it off and went on his way. I have a feeling that the guys in the casino that night were more than a little jealous of all the attention the band was getting. They didn't have a prayer of scoring with any of the lovely ladies because Marty, Dino, and Bobby were in the house. (I would include Billy but he is a married man and I would like to show respect for his family.) I had several guys come up to me and ask me who the guys were and what was the bid deal. Jealousy was rearing it's ugly head again! |
