If my memory serves me right I think is an email address for information about an event in Michigan for habitat for humanity. It isn't a website.

Oh forgot. The hammerfest@aol is sowhatsowhat's email address for the Benefit Concert. She picked hammerfest because it related to hammers, building houses, habitat for humanity. See the connection? Nothing to do with hammerfest. She didnt even know anything about it when she came up with the name. Hope that helps.

I am going to change the name of this thread to eliminate some of the confusion.
As Ceeje said, this is NOT the official hammerfest.
This is for the Habitat for Humanity fest that has not yet been confirmed by Lovehammers.

Boy, I was worried when it looked like they were going back on tour with INXS. That probably would have cancelled out this concert in Michigan. I'm about 30-40 minutes from Owosso, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Hope it doesnt turn out like the Texas thing. I know alot of people were very dissapointed. Have a great day Hammerheads!

BTW, thanks Penny for changing the name of the thread. It's unfortunate that this became so confusing. I'm glad LH may come to Owosso, but I still want the Hammerfest to happen in Chicago.

Here is a question O' Wise Moderators, how can HFH post it and yet it NOT be confirmed? Is that not misleading, and false advertisement? Hi Lilacia. This show has not been confirmed by Lovehammers. HFH has it on their calendar, but they are not yet selling tickets to it. I suppose if people bought tickets to the event under the assumption that LHs were playing, only to be told later that it will be someone else, that might be considered false advertising. (I'm no lawyer, mind you.) But that is not the case here. |

This show has now been confirmed on the Lovehammers Tour page. I am going to lock this thread, though, and start a new one in the Tour Towns and Ticket Exchange section so there is no confusion.
