Marty Casey will perform a solo acoustic set of about 20 minutes. Doors open between 7-8 pm (and will only hold 300). The set starts at 10:30 pm. You can also catch it as a Live streaming broadcast on musicplustv.com. Marty reports: "I did an hour interview here last week on the fly and played videos and hung out. It went so well they invited me to kick off their summer concert series. M+TV is making some serious waves in introducing new music to the masses. It's gonna be a blast." This night also marks MUSIC PLUS TV's 1 Year Anniversary. Click for your invitation. |

just a quick recap!! I am beat!! rockdivagirl is sound asleep...I even stopped by my office on the way home from LA in an attempt to upload the pics now...alas, it did not work at this time but WOW what an awesome show!!!  Here's the song list: The Tunnel Call of Distress (just for Penny) Wish You Were Here Trees This Town all acoustic. Marty was joined by Dave Sabo, aka Snake from Skid Row as well as Jeremy! It was RDG, me, Kimberly87, Polarfan, Virginia, Trevi & her hubby & then a few other ladies that aren't post-ers here as well as friends of Marty's. Very cool place, it was as if we were in someone's garage with couches & a bar. We were in the greenroom with Marty during the interview & we also made sure there was mad props for MartyCasey.org during his interview with Jen! More on her show later! I hope the webcast was great, can't wait to see it! More later, I'm sure you'll get a much more detailed recap from K87 or RDG before me...  ok not funny hee hee... nighty night! xo |

watched it live last night (this morning?) online-- A-freakin'-MAZING!!!!!! he was so on, looked hot, sounded crazy amazing, and all I can say is I wish I was Jen during the interview--whoa!

We had a party in the asylum before and after. We all had a couple of drinks and were posting like mad! We seen everything so clear, it was awesome! When he gave a shout out to mc.org, we went crazy! Ok, just let me say Phenomenal. I cant believe we were privy to that intimate of a show (again!) with Marty 2 feet in front of our faces. ::)Nobody in front of us--Just Marty! And of course he did not disappoint. Jodie did sum it up pretty well here. It was a small place, like being in someone's basement party where bands play. It was small, hot, and good fun. But then you saw it all live now didnt you? Can I just say I felt Lucky, lucky, lucky to be there in person and that Marty is so worthy of all our attention and support. And Jodie is the best! Thanks to all involved for allowing me to be there Modified to add: I hope pics will be coming soon from some of the girls, mine are few and not that great unfortunately but I'll try to get what I have up soon here. |

RDG....so glad you had a great time!!! Where are you pictures girlie? My MAC could not load the streaming video so I hope someone (Jodieca) will post video of the performance for those of us (like me) who were unable to see Marty online...
