I don't know how many out of town people plan on attending this show, but here is some info to pass along just in case. This venue is in the Westport area. Not always the safest place at night, like most cities. It is close to the Country Club Plaza where there are a lot of hotels to stay at. If anyone needs any info or help regarding the area, please feel free to pm me or post here. I'd be glad to help out if need be.  |

Best Western Seville Plaza
Best Western Inn & Conference Center
Embassy Suites Hotel Kansas City-Plaza
Marriott Kansas City Country Club Plaza
Residence Inn Kansas City Country Club Plaza
Holiday Inn at the Plaza
Residence Inn Kansas City Downtown Union Hill
Westin Crown Center
Hyatt Crown Center
Sheraton Suites Country Club Plaza
Marriott Kansas City – Downtown

Your closest hotels to the venue would be Best Western Seville Plaza Hotel, Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza, Holiday Inn at the Plaza. Each of those are just south of the venue but on the same street. The Quarterage Hotel and Holiday Inn Express Kansas City Westport are also not too far away, just southwest of the venue and located in an area where a lot of the local bars are. You can usually find a decent deal at one of them.
If anyone wants a more upscale place to stay then go for the Westin Crown Center or Hyatt Crown Center which are both not too far north of the venue.
