Just out of curiosity, does anybody know what it means to be a "Triple A" station? The station that I am harassing...er, politely requesting Trees from...says that it is Triple A. Does that mean it’s a bigger market? |

Does that mean it’s a bigger market? I think it means Adult Album Alternative - although don't ask me to differentiate adult alternative with just regular alternative  |

I just got an email from a friend who said that she has been listening to Q101 and has heard Trees a number of times. She said, "Isn't that 'your obsession's' song? I really like it! I may have to buy that CD yet." So I sent her the link to buy it and viola! Another CD sold! Another friend converted! Thanks Q101! |

I believe "Adult Album Alternative" means they play things like REM, PIXIES, Ryan Adams, Sia, as opposed to say My Chemical Romance, Good Charlotte, Blink 182...I guess LH would fit more into the AAA but they could do both...we're definitely going to harrass...uh I mean politely persuade(thanks afranjes) both types of stations  |
