Thanks Penny I am very excited to finally put a face to all the names in here (We all make some sort of daily contact with each other for the past nine months, but have never met in person. . seems a bit unbelieveable). It will be easy to recognize me, I will be the one wearing the tall blond LH on my arm. (Ok, a girl can dream can't she?) Can't wait!! |

I just wanted to thank everyone who is PMing me with ideas for this dinner. I appreciate any suggestions you have.
However, please understand that it is impossible to accomodate the food requirements, time constraints, and special requests of more than 100 people. I am doing the best I can to plan something that the majority of us will be able to attend and enjoy.
I'm hoping to have more details on the dinner next week. Thanks everyone.

The deadline to RSVP for this dinner is tomorrow - the 15th. Please check the first post in this thread to be sure you are on the list - and with the correct number of guests. I did my best to keep up, but I may have missed someone along the way.
Please post in this thread to RSVP - or to change your existing RSVP.
I know it is 4 months away, but I really can't plan unless I know if our group is going to double in size by that time. Depending on what place I work out and our total numbers and everything, we may be able to add people at the last minute. But we may not.
If you are on the list and you are really NOT planning to come, please post here to let me know. Our group suddenly cutting in half would be a problem, too, depending on whether I need to sign a contract for a certain number of people.
