Oyster Fest Pix and Reviews

So everyone is probally sleeping still after a long nite of partying!! This was one of the best concerts of theirs ive been to.. We were trying to find a parking space and as we are turning a corner, some guys (super hot) walks like right in front of the car. Thank god we were stopped.. my friend and i were in the back seat and we look at him and we are like MARTY!!! and he looks! Then we turned.. If we didnt find a parking space soon, we werent gonna go cuz we'd been looking for 1 for 40 min.. we finally found one tho!! So we got pretty close.. not as close as i'd hoped but close enough! None of my pix came out good, except when i met the guys, but im also putting my videos on Photobucket.. Afterwards, we met the guys.. Ben Kelly was there and they are all super nice!! Will post my Photobucket when I upload all the videos..

Once again, amazing show! Every time just seems better than the last! I am so bad at remembering the set list, but I'll try.

The crowd went crazy for Trees! It was a lot of fun! So many people brought signs and Marty was reading all of them and commenting. They waited and brought all of the kids up on the stage during Paint It Black instead. The kids went crazy!

One of the greatest things about going to the shows is meeting hammerheads in person. Sdbrins, airjorg, reddgt, shuckra, bobbylove, cyberocn, yerbamate (and probably many more that I am forgetting), it was fantastic meeting you all!

Yeah! there were 2 video cameras from what i saw.. Trees was rele good! It was fun. Hope the video comes out soon!!

All that i can say about the concert is WOW!!!! I swear they are so amazing!!! Yes, there were video cameras there! Two to be exact. The songs were so awesome!!! i was screaming so loud i cant believe that i didnt completely lose my voice! During Clinic i saw Ben Kelly...hes my sort of uncle by marraige so he came and hung w/ me and my friend (Lovingmxc) 4 a while. He told us that after the concert he will get the guys and we'll b able to talk 2 them.
When that time came around, we weren't allowed backstage but Ben brought the guys over 2 us one by one! Dino first... SO NICE!!! I feel bad that he still cant feel his hand but he was so amazing u couldnt even tell! Then came Bobby... Also extemely nice! We were tlking about wen he threw his drumsticks in the audience...well 1 hit my leg and as i was bending over 2 get it, a woman behind me PINCHED me rele hard and took it!!! ugh! He thought that was hilarious and warned me 2 b careful!! lol. After Bobby came Billy...So KOOl. He had a cold, but that didnt stop him from meeting the fans which was very nice...dont worry he was very cautious not 2 get ne 1 sick!! Last came Marty He looked soOoO gorgeous!! He is one of the nicest people in the world! I love them all soooOo much! And im sry 4 all of u that missed it!

I SO wish I could've made it to Oyster Fest! Especially after discovering that they were recording the "Trees" video. My niece really wanted to see Marty in person. But it sounds like it was a lot of fun, thanks for the pics & reviews, everyone!!

The Oyster Festival show was awesome! I finally got to meet all the guys and get my picture with each of them. I finally have all my photos and some video clips posted in my photobucket album. The videos are all on the last page of the album. I got Marty's little "We're not U2 - we're not gonna do an encore because you can see our feet under the curtain" spiel. And I got a couple separate clips from when they brought all the kids onstage for Paint It Black - it's adorable! The "We're not U2" spiel is on megaupload because I couldn't get photobucket to work for that video. Here's that link:

I would have to say Marty was on fire at Oyster Fest!! I have been to 3 shows and I realize it is not a lot to compare but it was by far the best I have seen. They guys were great. The sound the energy were just unbelievable. I think the best thing about an outdoor concert is the unlimited audience. I was so far up front I could not have told you the size of the crowd until I saw the crowd pictures. I am no good at set list but the added bonus was 'Sky is Falling' which I had never heard before. 'Paint it Black' was fantastic. They played for more than an hour and a half. Afterwards I got a little time with Marty. He has to be the sweetest most beautiful man in the world. (I'm not biased or anything though) I got to take some pics for some of the other Hammerheads there as the spoke to the guys. And I spoke to Dino who is always so fun / funny. Got pics with Marty and Dino. The pic with Dino turned out great. I haven't sat and figured out who all I got to meet yet, but I did meet Penny *waves to Penny*, JS (Hi Joan), and I had a great time chatting with Chitown. Always a bonus meeting everyone. I got some pics I will post. Hope you enjoy them.
