Thanks blueeyz5. Great job on the first review. So happy you got to see them live. "Electric" makes perfect sense to me and probably most anyone else who has ever seem him live! He is definetly one of a kind, very special. Taking time for fans is one of the things that sets Lovehammers head and shoulders above other bands

Sorry I forgot to add, the song was probably 'Guns' I think that is the title. It hasn't been recorded that I know of. I heard it first in July and have heard it at every show I have been to since.

Hey..sorry it took so long for me to post about the ARF show, but I needed to catch up on some sleep after I flew home and try to sober up! LOL. Jodie and I flew into Sacramento and drove up with friends and met up with more friends at their hotel a block away from the venue. We had plenty of time pre-show to hang out in the hotel and get silly (and drunk), then finally get some food cuz we were going to be drinking even more! Anyway we got to the show and were hanging out outside the doors....finally after a while, we were like..."is that "ultrasound"? we heard bobby's drums, but thought....no way..cuz the people at the venue said one more band went up before the guys...well they were wrong! we sat there/standing there listening to the drums when we finally pulled our asses off the benches and were like "they're on"!!! we all started to run in and it was survival of the fittest...this little old lady took my ticket and tried to walk me down the aisle to where my seat was...i tried to accommodate her, but just had no time for it! I said, "i got it, i got it!" and proceeded to run down the aisle to the barricade they put up in front of the stage..I got right up front, and sort of squeezed myself into an accepable spot, the only other person i saw was jodie who was one person to the right of me. i had no idea where Doc, Steph, or Kellee were...I wasn't even sure if we were all in, but i settled in and just had to immediately get into the show. Dino was on the right (my right) and Matt was next to him...it was exciting to see matt there. I'm not going to go into details on every song, but the new one (the "guns" one I think it was...is so so so so great!!!! i loved it, I hadn't heard it yet, so I was so excited and it was just so good, very rock! very good, and marty was all over the stage. You could tell marty was having a great time, lots of smiles and you could see him looking into the audience and seeing familiar faces! he was having fun. When they played "clouds" it was just so so good! marty was so into it, and was dancing around while the guys played and I swear it was the cutest thing...sort of rag doll style...i just love him (big smile!)...they did "this town" which is one of my faves, so that was exciting. It was a pretty short set (though anytime these guys play I always think it is too short). The last song they sang was Trees and it was so funny cuz about half way through the song marty started to sing "it'll be you and me" and then Ithink he just spotted our direction and he spotted jodie in the crowd and he finished the verse as "it'll be you and me , up in JODIE" ha ha ha. so so so cute... that was cool of him to do that and it just made for a laugh as well. It was a really good show and I needed it, I have missed these guys so much. Got to talk to the guys afterwards for a bit and it was good to catch up, and just see those friends of mine! love love love these guys!...and ya know ETC!

Wow...what great pictures!! Mine aren't as good, but what the heck, I'd like to post them anyway. The problem is I've never done this before, and I'm not sure how to do it. I have them in an album on Photobucket. Am I just supposed to copy and paste the IMG code in the body of my message? I don't want to screw this up.....any help would be appreciated!
