T-Bone in the hospital

Dudes,

One of the Lovehammer's soldiers, T-Bone, is in a Hospital in Florida. Without getting into too much detail, he will need surgery within the next couple of days, and will most likely be in the hospital for at least a week after that.

I know many of you love T-bone, and I also know he has hooked up numerous fans in different ways, so I thought it was important that you knew this.

Anyway, he is in Sarasota Memorial Hospital and his name is Tim Martin - in case you didn't know that.

Heidi, I got a PM at LH.com a little while ago from TBone. He asked that we please keep his room number off the boards, but to go ahead and PM it to anyone who would like to send him a card. He also asked that people not try to call him there for now, because he isn't feeling up to talking.

He did read the thread there, though, so that would be a good place to send a "get well" message to him more quickly than a card will get there. (You can still send a card, too, of course.)

I hope he makes a speedy recovery.

Thanks everyone for all your well wishes. I have had my surgery and am recovering as can be expected.

I want to thank the girls at the LHStore (Nancy, Nicole, Lyn, Karen and Jodi) for the really cool cookie motorcycle holder. As soon as I can eat solid food, god I can't wait since it's been over a week, I am looking forward to diving into one of those.

To GG'sairjorg, KBgrl, Keshet, Lmc, Shuckra, Star, Stephihope, Sjjo, Suezer, Ynot and Wilma, thanks for the singing balloons and the bear. The nurses love your flowers. I had to get them out of the room because they were sooo fragrant.

I will be here for a while yet but things are progressing as well as the doctors would like, or so they tell me. To think I just came down for vacation, to relax and get some sun. The nice thing is once I do get out of here I have to stick around for follow up so maybe I will be able to get some sun time in after all. Besides, as I sit here in my hospital bed I can look out over the beautiful city of Sarasota through the window and if I look between some of the building I can see the ocean. There is always a bright side.
