Weird problem with posting photos

There are photos missing from my posts in Tour Talk for the Shedd Aquarium show, and there are some boxes saying they've been deleted from Photobucket, but they are all posting perfectly fine at the LH.com board. The photos have NOT been deleted or moved on Photobucket, because they're still showing up in the thread at LH.com.

Could a mod or admin please look at the text of these posts to see what's wrong? You can look at the thread in the Pic Gallery at LH.com to see the photos that are missing. The text is exactly the same here as there.

I looked at it briefly, but it will be difficult to troubleshoot because you post so many photos in one thread. Can you break them up so only about six or so photos post in each thread and then I will be happy to look at it closer? Otherwise it would take a long time to examine each line to determine why it is doing what it is doing.

I've tried posting these again, putting in as few as 5 photos per post, but it's still making some of the photos disappear, or just look like Photobucket blank images. So I deleted the posts because I got too frustrated.

Thank you for all your efforts in posting pics on both boards so all the fans can see the pics. I for one really appreciate your hard work at taking pics at the shows and posting them.

I saw all the pics on lh.com and they are amazing . I especially like the candids of them waiting to perform. Beautiful. Sorry you had trouble here but the pics are at lh.com for folks to see.

Nancy, this may be a long shot - but it's possible the file names are a bit too long. There might be a limit on the number of characters in a picture link here that's different from lh.com.

One thing that takes up a lot of characters are spaces. Each space gets converted into 3 characters in a link. Especially when you have a long folder name in Photobucket.

But I did notice that the pics that were missing had longer file names than the rest. Sometimes it doesn't take more than 4 or 5 extra characters for a link not to work.

I think HY is on the correct track. If you notice, ISA posted one of the pics that wasn't showing up in the same thread and she had a smaller file name and it shows up. As a general rule, it is best for file names to be as short as possible and not have any spaces in them because the photobucket link files in place holders for those spaces as %20 ---so that adds characters to the length of the file as well.
