Thats awesome. I love reading the guys posts. I cant wait for the interview in People Magazine! Also loved the part where he mentioned Jodie he he he. yeah, & the funny thing is I didn't even SEE Marty! Now I wonder if he was hiding behind the door saying "tell her I'm asleep, tell her I'm asleep!" LOLOL  I'll have to have a little chat with Mr. Casey...  Jodie, insane is good; stalker, not so good. They know you are not a stalker but a true fan who loves them as much as we do and will go to any length to let them know that.  Marty should replace "insane" with "truly devoted" ;D |

Thank God I am a subscriber to PEOPLE!!! I know that is one issue that will not be hitting the trash can... EVER! Since subscibers get the magazine before it hits the stands, please let us know when you get it so we can be on the look out for it at the store. |

Since subscibers get the magazine before it hits the stands, please let us know when you get it so we can be on the look out for it at the store. Actually, I don't get it before it hits the stands for some reason. I think it comes out on Fridays and I usually get it on Saturdays  I don't think it will be this week though. I don't think they could get it printed up that quickly. Most likely it will be the following week. I know I am looking forward to it though! |

checking in!!!
hello everybody!!! my brothers brought my laptop to the Vegas show!!!! So, I shold be checking in alot more.
So.....the tour has been great so far. The venues have been very nice; especially LA and Vegas. There were 9,800 poeple in Vegas. We tried to sign afterwards but it was unmanageable so security pulled the plug. Sorry to everyone who waited in line. The problem seems to be with photos taking too long. Subsequently, we are going to stop taking photos. The INXS crew as well as the band themselves have been easy to work with. Believe me, that's a rarity. I will try to post some photos of those directly involved with our show. What else? the days are all kind of the same routine but are very busy.
Wake up
couple of hrs of personal time to eat, do wash, call people, etc
go to venue and set up, sound check
eat some dinner after which we have @ 1hr. - 45 minutes before show.
slam a few beers and go on stage
after show, clean up for a few minutes and hang with special guests.
maybe have a 1/2hr to watch show and/or mingle
go do signing
go to bus and drive to next town. usually b/t 12-2am
next day...same drill
the time is flying and I am trying to soak up as much as possible.
Thank you to everyone coming out to the shows and saying hello, bringing gifts and telling us how you are all helping out.......I cannot thank all those hammerheads enough who are doing so much. I won't name names for fear of excluding someone. I know, you know, that I know who you are. So thank you and keep pushing. It's working big time.
That's it for now and will try to catch up on all the websites but time is at a premium as well as internet access. Take care everyone.

I cannot express strongly enough how much this entry touched every part of my being. I read it twice to be sure, but he was speaking directly at me (as well as the rest of you...you know who you are) about the shows so far and all the stuff the fans have given him. All of us street teamers and fans that came from all over the world to see the viper room show. The part that touched me the most was when he expressed how "psyched" he was to see people singing along to the songs that night. And that is something I left out in my original review. I had eye contact with him practically EVERY song and every time I was singing at the top of my lungs (as was everybody else). Marty looked almost "stunned/in shock " as he went down the steps at the side of the stage and then exited out the side door. They came back for an encore, but I was almost a little worried because he looked "wiped out, like he was going to pass out"...it was hotter than hell in there. Probably felt good to get outside for a minute. His entire diary entry is probably more meaninful to me than anything I have in my hammerhead history so far. Just to be getting this close to these guys and having them reach back out and give us everything they have and more. It's just beyond words to me at times. It Marty thought the Viper was special, just flippin' wait until Valentine Day Hammermania at CBGB's. Be there and Be prepared to SING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! rB |

Wow! That really was a touching entry from our Marty! I am so jealous of you people that have gotten to experience these spectacular moments with him and the band. I can't wait for my oppritunity and I hope it is just as great as some of you have reported.
