Hammerheads, When I went to MSN music today, of course I saw that LH had won! OK, fantastic. But when I clicked on the picture of Marty at the very bottom of the page, and explored the "tabs" that contain information on MC & LH, the only CD the listed on the "Albums" tab was MOMM. WTF  , where are their other albums, ESPECIALLY THE NEW RELEASE!!. I'm heading back to the site to see if there is some way to point-out this omission to "the powers that be." Am I missing something? This seems like a really stupid thing to be happening...  |

Go back to music.msn.com/music/artistofthemonthscroll down to the bottom and click on Feedback. There is a little survey but also a comments section. That's where I included the comment that they don't have the new album listed. I also said, truthfully, that I would have rated the site higher if they had "correct and current" information listed for the artist of the month. |

errrrrrr, found the "feedback" button, but for some reason when I click on it all I get is an error message.  While I try to see what's going on with my computer, can others that read this thread please make a comment to MSN about their glaring over-sight? The more comments might spur them to do something about this fast. Thanks |

I noticed that too and thought that since I wasn't a member, maybe I wasn't seeing the whole list.
This is part of the lack of support from the label. This is bs as far as I'm concerned.

Does it have anything to do with their agreement with Epic? I always wondered about that...do companies that produce and make cds get money for everything sold individually off msn and itunes? They must, right? Does Epic care if we buy the cd or just download the album off msn? I'd think they make more money off the cd?

We Hammerheads definitely need to get a writing campaign going to MSN Music!! It is ridiculous for an artist to win 69% of nearly 300,000 votes and the site not post a current picture or have the new album available. Let's bombard them!

Man, this has me really pissed off.
How can they showcase the guys like THAT??
This will turn out to be wasted opportunity to capture fans.
I just sent an email/complaint to them and will do so every day until they make some revisions.

Went in to MSN this morning to see if anything had changed, it hadn't, so I submitted another feedback. This time I gave negative reviews (maybe they only read negatives, who knows?) I said that Marty Casey and Lovehammers fans had written to them that the picture was wrong, and that they should have the newly released CD up. Mine said something like: Marty Casey and Lovehammers are your Artist of the Month? This is the 5th! The updating should be done already! Is this the best you can do? Sheesh! There's a place to submit feedback over there. I suggest fans go and put their own thoughts to paper. Maybe MSN will see that their site isn't measuring up wiith fans and will take notice and do something about that. |

OK, it's obvious that it's not me being anal retentive. Now I'm pissed. I'm heading back to MSN to complain again! Why isn't Lovehammers people (Epic/Management) taking care of this? Do they just not get involved in such things? And if not, WHY NOT? |

Here is a different tactic that I took on the MSN site. Click on the feedback button, the click on "Contact MSN Support". Next step is selecting "MSN Entertainment: Music." Under Step 2-Options you can select I have a question regarding... Then you can write a message to MSN support. You do have to leave your name and an e-mail where they can contact you about your "problem." Maybe this is how we could get there attention.
FOR THOSE WHO ARE MORE COMPUTER LITERATE THAN I, CAN YOU PUT A DIRECT LINK TO THIS FORM ON THIS THREAD?
