forever in death (a poem about two of my dearest.)

friends that commited suicide....the story in it is true

her lips cold as ice
her name unknown
she took her life
she saw only broken roads.
never did she imagine
the love that would be lost.
she was blinded by her tears
she never saw him there.
he watched from the dark
wishing to comfort her fears.
he only wanted to hold her in his arms
instead of finding her lifeless.
now hell never get the chance
cause she is gone.
they buried her on a cold day
snow was on the ground
he didn't care who saw him cry
his angel took her life.
he wonders if he had approached her
would the outcome be the same.
now he feels guilty
feels hes to blame.
he knows its not his fault
but he cant help but think that the one he loved
is dead and its because of him.
he never let her know
he did know her name.
he never told her what was in his heart
and now she was gone.
the next day they found him
lying dead on his bed
his final words carved into his chest.
his forever note read: i loved you dearest
and i did to my end,
now ill get the chance
to be with you like i wished.
they lay him next to her
let his body rot next to hers.
they let them be together
forever
in death.
