Geez SHR - that's intense. And I really like it. Many of us have said this same thing in different ways . . . Myself included so I know exactly what you mean. Very nice.

REFLECTIONS
Building dreams for tomorrow Sailing on the seas Hearing cries from the ocean But the tears come from me I watch a star fall from the sky I make a wish as it passes me by I sit and stare at the waters To see the reflections of you Thank You for creating this site. I love expressing myself with my words.

I just wrote this poem about my 1st LH concert experience...I hope everyone enjoys it. I also posted it as a blog on my "myspace" profile so that everyone that opens it up can get introduced to they guys from my point of view. Enjoy!!!
*************************************
Standing there anxiously, unable to move...being pressed and pushed from the back, the side, even the front...the pressure pulling your feet from the floor then back down again as you thrust forward, trying to get to the wall that divides you
Arms being thrown forward, fists rolling in rhythm as the maestro directs, the sea of people jump in simpatico like waves in a fierce storm covered ocean. Your eyes focused on him, on them...but race about in a blurry dance.
He pitches himself forward into the crowd, they scream out his name as if in ecstasy..His blue eyes look deep within you, like you were alone, one on one, stuck in a trance..Then the trance is broken as he moves on, and you are jerked back into this chaotic reality.
The music is gyrating, guitars beinging handled like ladies of the night, creating glorious moans and quick orgasmic cries of passion, as drumsticks fly and twirl to demand pure devotion...like beating you into submission.
This desire, this want, this need, this love, is apparent in their eagerness to perform to the point of pure exhaustion. Sweat covers them like a blanket and flies into the crowd, the energy abounds and robs you of breath, of thought, of speach, of function...
It is done...they stand there completely spent and stare into the still eager crowd, who wait hungrily for more, just one more moment..chanting, calling, roaring... But it is done...The crowd leaves slowly, trying to regain their consciousness..and will wait...wait for them again, how could they not.
This...this is "Marty Casey & Lovehammers".
