Hi! I thought it would be great to have one place where avatars are posted. You should only post avatars that you made.
Each person can have one post for all their avatars. To add new avatars, you can edit your post by clicking on "modify" at the top right corner of your post. Just put *new* by the added icons.
Please include any rules you have about the usage of your avatars (i.e. giving credit, no alteration, etc.).
In the "Graphics Questions & Comments" section you can give praise, ask questions, and beg for help. But, this thread should just be for posting avatars. Does that make sense?

How to set up your avatar:
First, you need to save the avatar to your computer. Then you need to upload it to your own web storage site (like www.photobucket.com. Photobucket accounts are free and pretty easy to set up.) If you direct link to someone's avatar, your link will be broken if the pic is moved and it's considered stealing bandwidth. So, it's best to upload them yourself.
Now, look up to the top of the board. Under the "MartyCasey.org: A Marty Casey Fan Site" Banner, in little writing, click on "profile," (right beside "logout").
Next to "Member's Bio," click on the link called "Modify Profile."
Scroll down to the section called "Personal Information." In the field called "Avatar URL" put the link to the avatar. (At photobucket it gives it to you under the photo in the picture album in a field called "Url.")
For "Avatar Width" and "Avatar Height" put 100 in each field. (That's what all mine are and most others are too.)
"Personal Text" is whatever you want it to say under your avatar.
Click "Modify Profile" at the bottom of the page and your avatar is set up.
You can also set up other features in this section like signatures and website links.
How to Upload Images to Photobucket
(directions by cyberexpedition)
1. Log into your photobucket account.
2. You should come up to a page that has a box with the word Picture to the left of it.
3. Click the 'Browse' button to the right of it to find the picture on your hardrive that you want to upload to your photobucket account.
4. Click the 'Submitt' button below.
5. Wait a second and then scroll down and you should see the image you transferred from your computer to your photobucket account.
6. Then double click in the box labeled "URL'.
7. Copy the 'URL' information by going to the menu and clicking 'Edit' and then 'Copy'.
Then to add your avatar to your profile.
