Happy Halloween Wallpaper Contest! Put your Photoshopping talents to use and enter the Happy Halloween Wallpaper Contest! Rules: - There will be two categories: Marty wallpapers and Lovehammers wallpapers. You may enter up to 3 entries in each category.
- Your wallpaper must be *exactly* 768 pixels high and 1024 pixels wide.
- You may use photos from the following sources:
- the publicity photos from Lovehammers.com (see below)
- photos you took yourself.
- photos taken by other Hammerheads, but you must get their permission to use them. (It would also be a good idea to add a "Photo by ___" credit at the bottom of the wallpaper.)
- You may also use stock photos such as pumpkins, bats, etc.
[/blockquote] [/li][li] Your wallpaper must be posted to this thread by 11 PM EST Sunday, October 29th. [/li][li] A panel of judges will pick the winner for each category. The winners will be announced on Halloween night![/li][/ul] Prizes: - Each person who enters the contest will win a Custom Board Title.
- The winner from the Marty category will win a MC.org exclusive, autographed picture of Marty.
- The winner from the Lovehammers category will win a poster signed by the whole band.

OK, I'll be first. I thought this picture of Dino from Hammerjam was perfect for a Halloween pic ;D - and then I saw this contest.  Hope you like it. |

If anyone tries my Dino wallpaper, please let me know if it works on your monitor. I had to adjust it for mine because I have a larger, higher resolution monitor. I will try to make the picture higher res at the pixel size required and then upload that one if the current one doesn't work.

If your monitor is wider than 1024 x 768 (for example, if it's 1280 x 768), then you can center wallpaper on a black background. If your monitor resolution is smaller (like 800 x 600), let us know and we can resize them for you.  Hammeredyoung, "Marty Casey & the Ghosthammers"!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D |

OMG. I love all of the entries, they are all so good. Some reason Marty as a Vampire......OMG...THUD. that is all I can say.

Soy, your Marty wallpaper is good! It really looks like Marty is scared/frightened! I wonder what song he was singing in that picture. greeneyes, "Happy Hammerween" -- so cute! LOL angie, between Marty's blog and your wallpaper, I have been laughing all morning! I love it! Especially Devil Dino! Great work, everyone!

I really hate to do this to these guys, but a contest is a contest!  Marty the snake, because he slithers on stage. Billy the animal, because he likes animal prints. Bobby the ghost, because he says nobody sees him back there. Dino the devil, no explanation needed. |
