As a part of a new Proboards feature, you can now add YouTube videos in your post. In order to take advantage of this new feature, simply type: [*youtube]YouTube Video URL Here[/youtube] (without the *) You can also use [*yt]URL[/yt] (without the *) as a "shortcut" to the longer [youtube] tag. Or you can highlight the url and click the  button. Please note the forum guidelines. Any videos posted to the board that violate the rules will be deleted. Also, please do not quote videos, just as you shouldn't quote pictures. Thanks! |

The code to put an youtube video as an avatar is very unstable and has had all the quirks worked out. That's why we don't have it here. I've worked out all kinks and it works perfect at the Store. |

I'm not discussing this with you anymore, I was simply telling the fans if they want a preview, to look there. I also beg to differ YOU know nothing about what I know how to do now...... |

That's great that it works on your site. I was simply telling the members here why we don't use it. Using unstable codes/scripts can not only cause board malfunctions, but can lead to the board being hacked and attacked.
I'm sorry. I didn't know you had written any board modification codes. That's cool if you have. Have you submitted them to the proboards database?

Thanks, Nancy, but we don't need directions to Proboards Support. I've been a member there for a while. And, I know where the code that you're talking about is. It's in the board with the "Use These Codes at Your Own Risk" thread. I just thought you were coding now, since I "know nothing about what you know how to do now."  |
