Hey anyone else goingto Crue fest?? Tonight is the night for me!!  Can't wait to see the crue in action. I have never seem them! I know! PLUS- i can't wait to see Sixx:AM!!  I am not worthy! |

It was awesome!!!!!!!!
Nikki was looking hot,per usual! SIX:AM was good. DJ AShba was awesome!! He really had fun up there- running around and playingwith the crowd. And he sounded great. Nikki was holding his own as well. James Michael though- not so much. In my humble opinion- he could have been better. I guess it is not fair of me to say that- but he sounds SOOO perfect on the CD- and at the show he couldn't hit all the notes. BUT_ I still really enjoyed it. Also a bummer (for me)was -they didn't do Coutesy Call.Poo!
Buckcherry totally rocked the place. Seriously.Josh Todd sounded amazing. I love watching him- even though he dances like Elaine Bennis(seinfeld) LOL. Come on ,you know it is true. His videos are awesome- but on stage- whoa- a bit spastic.LOL They were really great though!! They did a couple new songs from their up coming release. One was called Too Drunk To f**k. It is sure to follow in Crazy Bitch's path. It is actually quite catchy- and a think i remember a pretty cool break down- bass line bit.
Anywho- they were awesome! Motley Crue kicked ass! They were -dare I say- PERFECT!! Mick Mars was great! Vince was in top form. He sounded awesome and was runnig around and looked to be having fun. He looked like he lost weight- he looked really good(from where we were). Tommy brought out the "Tittie Cam" and the tampa girls didn't disappoint! They did a great set. Everyone (except one lady in front of me) was on their feet for the whole thing. It was really,really fun. I high recomend it. Check out Crue Fest.

Awesome review, Jenny. I wish I could have been there just to see Josh Todd doing the Elaine dance.  My school was heavy metal high in the late 80s, so I would love to see Crue live someday. Ah, the memories their music brings back. Looking forward to your review of tomorrow's show. Have a blast! |

Oh yeah- I wore a LH shirt and a couple people approached me. I told them about the party in Sarasota. Also,I saw a girl with a tattoo of DJ Ashba covering her left calf. it was a beautiful tattoo- i could pick out who it was at 30 feet.LOL. It looked to be a perfect-and i mean perfect- replica of a photo-guitar and all. Also- Kat Von D was there. She was in a bikini top with a cut up shrt over it. big glasses on- but she couldn't hide. People came up to her for pics and stuff. She was on the sound/light stage- ya know in the middle of the audience- so people saw her. Anywho- when she walked beTHE FIRST TIME- no one was on stage- so it was fun. But then she appeared AGAIN- this time waslking from the same area- IN THE MIDDLE OF SIXX:AM's set. Yes, that's right. Nikki was looking at her while she was causing people tp turn away from the stage. I was like- What an attention ho- why would she be where she was ,when she was. I dunno. I just thought it was odd.And kinda rude. To her credit- she did seem to be wanting to hurry by, and didn't accomodate everyone who approached- but- still strange.Why wasn;\'t she back stage??
