So we got to the festival early- snagged one of the tents that were up for the taking and set up our camp.
Which was primo property because of the heat and sun.
So we were chillin- actually walking back from the BBQ tent and who is coming our way?

Yes! MArty! It was awesome he threw his arms open an so did I !
We talked for a bit and he was so nice - of course.
I pointed out our tent and he said he'd be back by.
So then we settled back in and the bands started. Each had maybe one song i could recognize- but nothing else that i cared for. Then low and behold Marty came back by with a couple friends and they chilled for a bit and had a beer with us. How cool. My peeps were like- holy shit! He is so nice. Well, duh people! LOL Think I would be Stalking An Asshole?? Oh wait I think that was one of the song titles for Faster Pussy cats. (ugh)
Anywho he was up next so they took of and let me tell you...Marty was AWESOME on stage! I think he actually grows when he is up there.Speaking of growing- i forgot to tell you about the topless girls from the local strip club. They were doing their thing- which is fine - but i wished they weren't up there when LA Guns was on. I think they restricted his movements- just a little. But he did manage to get to the end of the runway where there stood two red cages (for the girls). Marty of course didn't get in them as the other hacks on stage that preceded him did. You know what he did---yes- he got ON TOP OF THEM!It was great! the people went crazy. I was glad he got to get around all the ho's(just kidding)(kinda) and show the crowd who Marty was.
The band sounded good. I think you know the set by now. They really rocked it and they all sounded great. Tracii was so cool and fun on stage.He Loved the crowd and played to them. They amped up Trees and it sounded great- They did Our Town which was awesome. they nailed the stones song- really rocked it out.
It was really a great set! They were so hot they set the woods on fire!! LITERALLY! LOL. No "they " didn't. But apparently someone did- cuz just before FastPC came on- the woods behind us were burning! LOL Now that is a show!!! Thank god it made FasterPC cut there set to like 4 songs. FINE BY ME!!! ugh.
We decided to go ahead and leave with the tail end of the crowd even though Marty said they'd be back after the show to hang and have some more beers. I didn't want to leave- i was hoping to hang with Marty and his friends after the show- but it wasn't a cool scene. And i doubt he was going to come back - with the fire and all.
so we packed up.

Sorry no pics. It stayed in my bag. But i saw others taking some- so maybe there will be some coming from someone. I will tell you he came out with black pants, blak shirt, vest, hat,and was hot as shit!. Build the picture in your mind. LOL
