Does B&N actually have it or do they have to special order it from Lovehammers like Circuit City, Amazon or any other vendor that sells the dvd? Shipping in 1-2 weeks sounds like a special order to me.

I am supposed to get the DVD from Amazon sometime in March....Looks as if that will be a lost hope. I really really want it, I hate the idea of giving that guy @ e-bay my money and not LH. what am I to do? I guess I'll wait to see what happens at Amazon. Irritating.

Boy those went fast! I am one of the lucky ones who got the dvd before the merch section of the old LH site went down. I saw that there was one left on ebay and I was going to buy it in case one of my fellow hammerheads still needed one. But someone else got it! I hope some mc.orgers were able to get one! eta: Dan, clean out the closet and find some more to sell  |

I think I got one.
It was hard to get the payment to go through initially so I'm holding my breath that even though I got the "you won" comfirmation from ebay-- praying that there were no snafus with the ebay system where it sold more than he had.
I'm happy, optimistic and keeping my fingers crossed. If I get it--it might help me with the withdrawal I've been going through.

I finally gave in and got one off e-bay from the seller (Videobarn) I just got tired of waiting for Amazon to come through and was worried they might never get any more.
Hopefully this e-bay seller doesn't mess me up. If they do, I will definatley let everyone know!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I don't think that you'll see a dvd from this seller any time soon. I ordered from him too and already got my money back. He doesn't have the dvd and he's no more capable of getting it than Amazon or Circuit City. He knows that there is a problem with availability and he continues to offer them for sale. I wonder why he's doing this? |

While I hated the fact that my money wasn't going to LH, I just needed the LH fix. I have ordered a bunch of shirts and stuff from Dan recently, so I have been supporting LH as well. I waited too long for the dvds he had on last week. Maybe he will dig up some more stuff. |

I ordered mine at a local record stor called looney tunes and it was supposed to be in last monday and they called and said its out of print no longer available also someone on the lovehammers site said the same thing its no longer being made that stinks why would they stop making it maybe orders slowed down so the stopped printing now there are probably 100's of request every where go figure |

???My oldest daughter received her LH new CD, MOMM CD & the 2 Rock Star:INXS DVD's from Amazon.com just fine BUT...she has YET to receive her "LoveHammers Live/Raw"DVD and Now :'(they say that the La-Strange(sp) CD & "The LoveHammers Live /Raw"DVD is NO LONGER available  I received an E-mail from the LH's today & they SAID that Amazon.com has absolutely nothing to do w/ them & that the ONLY place they could've gotten the DVD's to sell is from them & they have NOT sold them ANY ???so...they do not understand "How / Why" they would be advertising that they Had/Have them for sale in the 1rst place. My daughter will "try" to get her $$$ back from Amazon & we will "try" to get our "LoveHammers Live/Raw" DVD's on eBay  |

Good luck with your hunt for the DVD--I hope you find one at a price you can afford. There are sellers on Ebay who are selling the DVD and don't have it in stock. I tried to buy one and then got a back order notice from them too! Fortuntately the guy was honest enough to issue the refund promptly.
I lucked into being on ebay right after dan posted a few copies for the LH's so I finally got one. It's worth the search. I wish you all the luck!

:)Thanks...for the Warning about some Sellers actually NOT having the DVD ???so we will be very careful and do alittle research etc when on there...as we need 3 Copies. I know that we are going to beable to find the DVD but just might take awhile :Dsince there are only so many actually on there & more than likely "Alot" of people also searching for them. ;)BUT so worth the wait  |

Add my name to the list that just received an email from Amazon today "Sorry, we are unable to fulfill your backorder for Live/Raw, it is no longer available." Mine has been on backorder with Amazon for about 5 months now. I kept getting the "click here to accept the delay" links and kept on accepting the delay, with fingers crossed. I will be hunting on ebay now too...unfortunately. I haven't seen the dvd yet, and am in serious pain over it!!!!!!!!!!!! Still love Marty, won't hold him accountable for this, I couldn't get mad at him for anything My husband says it must have something to do with their new label, Sony, maybe they finally finished the legal measures necessary to own that product as well and will be re-releasing it under their own ownership later. Who knows...JUST LET US HAVE IT! Ok, I'm done gripping ! |

Got my letter (as expected) from B&N stating that due to unexpected delays, the DVD has not been shipped. We expect to ship in the next 1-5 days.
Blah, blah, blah! Heard it all before. What they FAILED to say in the next 1-5 to days they will also cancel the order on you. Yes...been there & done that with them too. This time I ordered it just to mess with their "buyers".
