Val, Marty always loves to meet the fans - you just have to look around to see if he's anywhere near the stage.

Hi HY . I won't give up , but unless I have that VIP or Day Pass , I'm not getting anywhere near the stage or the designated areaset up to meet the bands or him . I doubt security will let him out and about . He would have to defy that .

I saw what it was like at the Alice Cooper show . Security at every opening leading to the floor and stage . They checked everyone . I have to wait a couple of months to be able to but a Day Pass . By then they probably will be gone . Everything goes on sale tomorrow .

I take a med that unfortunately controls my travel . So unless they come back , or Marty comes , this may very well be my only chance . At least I get to hear him and the guys . I like some of these bands there , but I wish it could have just been Marty and Guns .

I know one thing for sure, Marty Casey does not put himself in a position that only fans with expensive VIP passes can see him. Think positive and outside the box and I am sure you will get to meet him.

val~ liz has a point.... marty always trys so make sure that he gets to meet every fan that wants to meet him. so im sure you will be able to see him.

Hi Liz ! I know he puts himself out there .I never thought he didn't for a minute . I was thinking about how security handles things . I know what it is like around here . I 'know' what your telling me and my mind has been thinking outside the box the last couple of hours , believe me . Sometimes I put the cart before the horse .
But what I need to do is put importance on going, and, if the opportunity is there to say hi , then that will be even better:-) . I have the chance to hear this man and that should be all that matters . Saying that HELLO is just going to be harder to do .
I'm just gonna shut up now and not say any more about this before I get myself in doo-doo :-)

Valerie, I'm so sorry this has been cancelled. I hope Marty ends up playing a show near you in the future (whether with LAG or LH or solo).

Hi Lynn . The whole Festival is cancelled , probably due to the high prices of the tickets . Not enough tickets sold I guess . Not everyone is made of money . Thank you for the thought , I appreciate it very much .
I will try to stay positive about meeting him and hearing him sing , but unless things change medically for me , I won't be going too far . Too bad they couldn't come here anyway . Marty's name alone would bring people . Rockstar was a hit here and so was he . Wish they would look into it , or even Marty himself . I might have a couple leads on where he could play .
I hope everyone will understand when I say I am crushed .:-(

val~ im sorry to hear that this has been cancelled.... i totally understand how you can feel crushed about it. I'm sure you will have a chance to get to see marty sometime in canada! just stay positive and know that you WILL get your marty moment! we all are here for you, and you know that.

I know your here for me . You are all like family to me . I'm sorry I don't get on here much to talk to everybody . I'm not giving up . I will never give up . I am still hoping to see LH one day . I just can't travel far and that makes it hard .
Maybe somehow Marty ,, wether solo , with Guns or LH can do a show here . I think maybe the fact that KISS is here in July may have played a small part in lack of ticket sales for the Festival . They are on sale now and they aren't cheap .Lol !
