Hi All, So sorry for the short notice--
Marty will be participating in a Walk to Fight Diabetes tomorrow morning--Sunday Oct. 5!
He was asked to perform at the opening ceremony and will be performing TREES at the request of radio personality Kiki Vale and the Chicago regional office of the American Diabetes Association
Location: Pottawatomie Park; St. Charles Illinois
9:30 A.M. Opening Ceremony 10:00 A.M. Walk Begins
Again, I apologize for the short notice--hope some locals can attend!

Hi Marla,
Thanks for letting us know. I'd love to go to this, but it's not looking likely right now. I'm sure Marty will be a big hit.

I just got back from walking at the Libertyville, IL diabetes walk. My husband and 2 of my 3 sons have type 1 diabetes. It is nice of Marty to participate in this event. Too bad it wasn't in Libertyville.

It is great that he supports these type of benefits. Diabetes is a huge health problem in the country. This is the second diabetes benefit that he has supported. THe Las Vegas show at the end of August was also a diabetes benefit.
Did anyone make the St Charles walk?

I just got back from walking at the Libertyville, IL diabetes walk. My husband and 2 of my 3 sons have type 1 diabetes. It is nice of Marty to participate in this event. Too bad it wasn't in Libertyville. Libertyville?!?!?! I grew up in the town next door! I wish he was playing there too!
