They just played it on the new music and indie label show with Davakar on 106.5!!!!!! I was just casually listening because they played it a couple of weeks ago as well, and I heard the words "blah, blah, blah, Marty Casey and Lovehammers" I dropped my video game controller and ran to the radio and cranked it up and screamed like a little girl. Crazy, huh? Well folks, someone's listening to us....  Oh, I am sorry if this is in the wrong thread, still very excited! |

Same here!!! I always listened to 106.5 when I lived in Charlotte...kudos to them for getting with the program...now for the rest of the country, especially Atlanta!! Playing a harder-edged track is a good idea since Trees is probably too "pop" for the stations that are most suited for the LH sound such as 106.5.

That is very encouraging to hear. If that song is requested alot, it may make it to their regular playlist. That is how they get the new music/artist up and going.
