Seems like you've been able to rule out a lot of the usual suspects.....you might try messaging Cheryl on facebook since she doesn't check this that often.

Thank you everyone! I found the photographer! The photo is by Clint Tuthill and I have so many photo cds that I had to ask him to check. And, after he did, he saw that it was his. Yay! I could not have done it without everyone giving me this info.
