I've tried posting these again, putting in as few as 5 photos per post, but it's still making some of the photos disappear, or just look like Photobucket blank images. So I deleted the posts because I got too frustrated.

I've got them posted in sequence there as a photo diary of the show, with captions on some of them to tell what's happening, kind of like a story.

Here is important news for anyone wanting to see the Oceanarium at Shedd Aquarium when they come to Chicago:

I picked up a copy of the Red Eye newspaper that's put out by the Chicago Tribune when I was there for the show, and when I read through it later, I found a story saying that the Oceanarium will be closing for NINE MONTHS on Sept. 2, 2008. They will be doing repair work on the 3 million gallon tank during that time. All the animals that live in the Oceanarium (beluga whales, dolphins, and sea otters) will be shipped to other facilities around the country for the duration of the project.

So better get there this summer, or you will have to wait until next summer!

:(Oh no!! I wanted to see this one for sure, the next time I went to Chicago. Hmm, NINE MONTHS, is that really a long time?
