I visited the WTMX website.....they don't even have a word about the LoveHammers....how rude. I listened to the station for a bit, and that Eric guy is funny, the girl looks like she's got a good sense of humor too, so I'll bet it will be a really fun event for the LHs & fans.

Even though they don't metion LH on the website, they do mention them during the radio commercials.
I'd be there in a heartbeat, but it's cutting time a little close to get back to school for finals.

Sorry I didn't make it downtown - but the promos made it sound bigger than it was. I listened on my radio (and hopefully recorded the webcast at home). They only sang one song - Trees. I was so hoping they would get to do more than one song.

Marty said the album would be done before the end of the year - but didn't give a more specific date. He did say they were working on plans for the Chicago festivals this summer - so hopefully we will hear about those soon.

Marty also mentioned something about a line of recycled silver "Trees" jewelry that would be at martycasey.com.

oh man sounds like we are in for an interesting summer! if they do anything for the chicago festivals me and rachel will def be there! hopefully the band will also make it to ohio again this summer! would love to have them back here. and i hope the album will be out this summer! i dont know how much longer i can wait for the new stuff

I made it to this, and it was really cool! Marty, Bobby, and Dino (no Billy ) only got to play one song ("Trees"), but the DJs also talked to them on the air. So all the Alanis Morissette fans who were there got to see them, and all the radio listeners got another dose of LH on the radio. It's all good!

This was such a neat place to have a show, with the sun rising over Lake Michigan, just outside the huge glass walls behind the performance tank (think Sea World on Lake Michigan).
I got LOTS of photos, not only of LH, but also of Alanis. Probably will not get them posted tonight, since I got up at 3 AM my time to drive up there, then made a day of it before heading home.

Dino left right after they played, but Marty and Bobby stayed to see Alanis play. They got pics with her afterward.
