How many posts do you need to make?

How many posts until you get 2 stars, 3 stars etc, I'm thinking I need to be a bit more vocal, one star just isn't enough

Just my observations -

Anybody who gets registered with the 18 & over board has 2 stars.

If I remember right over 100 gets you "Big Fan" and 3 stars. I remember seeing someone with 200+ posts who is also a "Big Fan", but I can't recall how many stars they have.

Thanks radioclash, I'm still new to message boards and most of the time I tend to "lurk" as I still feel a bit uncomfortable and unsure of how to "chat" casually, but you guys are all so friendly that it's getting a bit easier every day plus it's got to be easy talking about such a great guy like MC

I agree with you. I'm no newbie to message boards, but I'm always a bit hesitant when entering a new one due to some bad experiences, but so far these guys have been nothing but pleasent to me, so I feel a good bit more comfortable^^

I'm kinda hesitant to chat too, though because it seems all forums have different forms of "nettiquette" that one should follow, & it can be intimidating. ;D

Hi kiwigirl and ayesa86, this is actually my fist time "chatting" on a message board and being Asian, I wasn't sure if there was a Western netiquette that I wasn't familiar with. But I found people here are matured and open-minded. So I got more "chatty" over time. I guess the usual sensibilities apply: don't bash anyone and don't be too hung up on your views. Always be open to a difference of opinions. Have fun basically!

Kiwigirl, I think if you exceed 50 posts, you get two stars and get to be "Just a Fan". I've recently been "awarded" the status of Big Fan and have got 3 stars. Hmmm let me see if Aussiefan has more than 3 stars cos I remember seeing that she has more than 200 posts.

Hate to burst your bubble . . . but once you enter the 18+ two stars is all you get.
Guess they figure there's no hope left for you once you descend into the gutter ;D

Totally agree, I have PM'd Amy and asked to be taken off the 18+ chit chat allowed list so I can get my 3 stars back and my "big fan" back under my name.

Hey franny2,

Yep, that means I can't get back into the 18+ chat threads.

I am sure there is a way Amy and Cindy can work things that you can keep your star ratings and be an 18+ poster. May have to try to get them to look into that!

Don't wish your life away, sweetie. Be happy you're still on the good side; you don't want to be wallowing in the gutter with all of us old ladies (I'm 35 yikes!!!). Like Amy said, the only thing you're missing is a whole lot of squeeing. The really good stuff (like pics of Marty) gets shared on the good side.

Now I was starting to regret my decision to cheat (join 18+ get two stars), it didn't seem like much was happening down in the 18+, but then I found "Trees" jokes and I think I'll stick with my decision, what a laugh!!!!! Keep them coming Trees
