Great interview!!! YAY!!! AND I have two things to say about it -

1). I believe we would all be willing to pre-order a solo album by Marty as well in order to fund one; therefore, we shall start to campaign for this to happen immediately

and

2). I encourage those who question Marty's love for the fans to listen to this interview.... that is all I have to say about that...
He 's us.

I wanted to leave a comment, but that option didn't seem to be working. If you talk to Christina, tell her she did a great job!

I too would support a Marty solo album. I guess he will do that when he's ready. The LH album is probably top priority right now, but I hope some day in the not too distant future, he will tackle that solo album.

I should have said something about supporting the solo album to, I would love to see that come about. I do think your right Nancy, right now is LH and I've loved having Heavy Crown to listen too! When the time is right we'll be blessed with a solo I'm sure.

Christina was surprised to see hits to the podcast already, without promoting it yet. Not much passes us HH's! She will be tying it to the website soon and also include a review of "Heavy Crown".
I know we've made a HH out of her, lol!

I read/listened to it, this morning from the LH site. What a great interview!! Christina did a wonderful job and I hope Lh makes it out to N.C. this Fall or next year.


I haven't been a Lh fan for 18+ years, like many here. But, I clearly recognize how the band's music has evolved and that's fantastic! To have Everyone more involved in the writing process, must have been amazing and so fulfilling for all band members.

I think "Heavy Crown" showcases their best talent, yet!

No worries--I think the majority of people here have been LH fans for 4 years, after discovering Marty on RS:INXS.
Thank God he went on that show, and rocked his heart out every week, or I wouldn't have know about him or the band.

First of all, I want to say thank you for being so quick to promote this interview. Because of the immediate response on the podcast site, this interview was featured on the "Featured Podcasts" page on their website. The only other interview of mine that has been featured was one I did with Dee Snider from Twisted Sister, so that tells you how impressed my podcast host was with this one.

Second, I want to thank everyone for their great feedback on the interview. It may sound completely cliche or corny, but the reason I do what I do is to try to bring good interviews to the fans of the artist. I have no desire to impress other media outlets, I just want the fans to be able to enjoy the interviews and find out more about the artists they support. Knowing that you have all enjoyed listening to it makes it great for me.

Third, I have to say that there are a few bands I know personally who have incredibly strong fan bases. Let it be known that Hammerheads definitely top the list. I will post here when the review is up and ready to read.
