Hey everybody, I haven't been on here in quite sometime, and wanted to reach out for a few reasons. First, I would like to thank everyone who has supported us and continues to support us. We feel like we have recently released our best songs to date, so hopefully you are enjoying them. We have also been able to play some really great shows, and I am thankful for being to re-connected with many of you. This CD is a grassroots effort, and we are going to need all of you to be our biggest mouthpiece and spread the word, make some noise, and really do anything and everything you can to share it with the world. We are very fortunate to have this crazy thing called the "internet" nowadays, so reaching millions of people sometimes takes a little effort and a little creativity. I know many of you don't like me, and others don't really like the idea of the band, but I ask you to listen to the music and just close your eyes, spread your wings and take it in its purest form. Music is supposed to heal, motivate, sooth, and just stir up various emotions. I am positive this CD will do that for you if you allow it to. Put aside any differences you have with each other, with various websites, groups, fans, me, whoever, and just listen and let the music take you away. There is a reason we are all here and have been brought together - I challenge you to all put aside differences and come together. I hope to see you all at the Key Club on September 25. We are celebrating Marty's b-day as well as having the West Coast Cd release party. It will definitely be a night to remember, so I encourage you all to make it. if you are coming, try to get 2-3 virgins to come to the show. If you have the CD already, try to get 10 more people to get it. Let's continue to build this dysfunctional family that we have. Let's support each other and make a statement. This is what Key CLub will look like

Hey Dino, I am so glad you decided to come here and post such a heartfelt message to all LH fans! I agree with you on several points here. First, I think everyone would agree that “Heavy Crown” is the most amazing work LH has given us to date. [/IMG] I believe with all my heart that there are several mainstream tunes on this CD and also some that are going to become staple LH songs that will always touch the fans hearts. Heavy Crown, does “heal, motivate, sooth, and just stir up various emotions.” In fact not to long ago I was writing my thoughts after listening to "Heavy Crown” and it somehow just turned into a whole piece on LH music as a whole. Here is a part of what I wrote, “I found myself in a trance hearing each word and feeling it deep into my gut. It was then that I realized just what it is about LH; their music is like a best friend, it understands me completely, supports me when I am feeling up, carries me when I am feeling down and parties with me when I need to let loose. Whenever, I need a moment to step away from reality and re-energize myself, I jump in the car, head out for a walk, sit by the pool, whatever it is, it always includes listening to LH. The honestly and truth in the lyrics overwhelm me at times, but always inspire me to live with personal truth.” Secondly, I couldn’t agree more about everyone coming together, there is room for difference in opinion, but no room for divisions. Many fans have supported LH, Marty, Marty solo, LAG, and so on., but in the end, we are all here because we love music and Lovehammers…that includes all 5 of you (cousin Bill, has now made his spot )! I would love to see some wonderfully organized campaigns to get LH out there and to really spread the word and I’m equally excited that you guys want to hear what the fans think and take that into consideration. It seems like we have had a good start and I can’t wait to hear more about the radio launch plans. After so many years, we are just part of one big family circle and that is a huge part of going to your shows. [/IMG] I think we now are seeing the real Lovehammers, more true to themselves. [/IMG] I wish I could make it to the Key Club, but that ones not going to happen for me, so I’ll be here with Isa, celebrating internet style! ~Janet

Hi Dino, So nice to see you venture over here. Who could not like you? You're awesome. Of course we love Marty, but we love him even more for introducing us to this awesome band Lovehammers. Heavy Crown is the best album ever. I have been sharing the Lovehammer love by having friends listen to the CD (I purchased a couple of extra copies)...so far I have had a lot of positve feedback..they like the variety of songs on the CD. I love the whole thing, I still can't decide on a favorite. Wish I could be in CA for the next show, but things like work and money prevent that from happening. But, have a great show and I hope you meet many, many new fans there. Still waiting for acoustic Clouds (the YouTube version)

Aww, Dino? Thank you for stopping by. People here, don’t like you? I don’t believe it. Yeah, it’s Marty’s site, but there’s enough room to love all the Lovehammers. It’s clear that YOU are the business man behind Lh. Marty leans towards the creativity side and is there to support & help execute. But, you’re the “Mastermind” behind the Lovehammers PR/Marketing promotion for the LH site, and spreading the Lh news/contests/happenings/updates on FB & Myspace (work on your tweets). I hope Hammerheads show up in full force to the Key Club. I’m bringing friends in tow. I’ve talked about LH for 4 years now & you’re finally going to be in LA. (July'06 was a long time ago!) The Sept. 25th show’s a HUGE event, professionally for the band. (Especially when/if the music industry types show.) It’s difficult to get people to go out & see shows in LA, b/c EVERY night, someone, 2 or 3 really cool or up and coming bands are playing and people get jaded. It’s so hard in the music biz. If you’re not in their face, people/fans forget you and move on. What’s so endearing is to see the immensely loyal fan base that Lh has developed over the years. I’ve never experienced such talented musicians who are so generous/giving of their time to their fans and sincerely take a vested interest in knowing them as individuals. The 4 of you are amazing. And, your Hammerhead fan base keeps growing & growing! To be honest, If Marty wasn’t on Rockstar, I don’t know that I would’ve ever heard of the LOVEHAMMERS! The 1st episode I saw Marty, I was hooked to the Lovehammers. I love more Alternative/Indie bands, but Lh brings on the ROCK! I Love your music and that you stay true to yourselves! You’re the hardest working unsigned band, I know & follow. I’m sure it was very difficult for the 3 of you when Marty 1st told you he was going on Rockstar, and you probably needed to be medicated when he said he was going to front & tour w/LA Guns. I was bummed for Lh but would’ve supported you & Marty in your individual music careers. So, Marty stepped ‘outside the marriage” as many musicians do for side projects, collaborations, solos, etc. But, he came back “home” with a wealth of new ideas, creativity, and experiences to share back with his Lh brothers/family. The New album reveals that those experiences made all of you grow personally & professionally (meaning your music). The dark times have passed & It’s great to see that everyone’s playing “nice in the sandbox” so to speak. The 4 of you were able to come together and produce one of your best albums. Clearly, you can hear how the band has evolved. And, I was so fortunate to experience that, when I flew out to Chicago specifically to see Lovehammers play in their hometown, for what was suppose to be the CD release event. What a great weekend! There aren’t very many bands that have been together for over 20 years and still make music that’s relevant to today. Lovehammers have out done themselves this year. I’ll continue to do what I can to support Lovehammers and spread the news! They say, “If it’s worth having, it’s worth waiting for.” Lovehammers new “Heavy Crown” album was so worth the wait! See you in Sept.! aloha, KP

Thank you Dino for posting here. I love you and love the band! I too was introduced to the band through Marty's stint on Rock Star, however, as soon as I started listening to LH music, I refused to see Marty solo travelling with the other rock stars. I wanted to see him for the first time with the Lovehammers because I absolutely fell in love with your music. So thank you for that and thank you to Marty for introducing me to the band. You guys completely and totally overwhelmed me at my first LH concert in Chicago at the HOB on June 19th and the next night in Marseilles. That weekend seriously changed me in a fantastic way and now I can not wait to see you guys again! Unfortunately, having young kids, a job and a husband (understanding one thank God), I can't make it to LA but everything in me wishes I could, to see you and experience the magic once again. And also to hang with some of the amazing fans I have met on this fantastic website. So Dino, we LOVE you and thank you for your organization behind the band. (blowing kisses because I have no idea how to do the funny faces...) xoxoxoxox

I've been listening to your music for some time now, and just only recently had the opportunity to see you play live during your release gig in NYC in July. I had such an awesome experience, that I just had to join this website & the LH website to express just how excited I was about your music & the show. In fact, I am so impressed that I am flying from NJ to CA just for your show!!! What better excuse to see a great band & hang in Hollywood with some friends. I am so looking forward to seeing you twice this year. I haven't stopped playing Heavy Crown since I got it. I think it is simply brilliant & all I do is sing LH praises to all my friends, besides posting constantly on FB, MS, Twitter, etc & even on my other band's website (Cheap Trick) which I am a fixture. See my signature -------------- Xo~My World Is In A Spin, You Want To Come On In~oX Check out The Lovehammers new CD "Heavy Crown" & Get Hammered --------------- Looking forward to officially meeting you at the Meet & Greet, along with a bunch of new friends & fans from here
