Madison-The Annex

Hey Hammerheads!
For anyone heading to Madison this weekend, I hope you all have a great time. Not sure I will be able to make it because of prior commitments, but I am sure you are all in for a fantastic night! I grew up right outside of Madison-it is a great place for an evening out. If you are looking for a fantastic place to eat, try Paisan's-it's about 5 minutes from the venue. Casual atmosphere, awesome food and drink! If the weather cooperates, it is a lot of fun to walk the square around the Capitol building, and of course, State Street is a must see. If anyone is arriving Saturday morning, the Crazylegs Run is that morning--it's a 5 mile run that ends with beer at Camp Randall Stadium, home of the Wisconsin Badgers! What better motivation? I guess it's pretty crazy-I am going to run it for the first time, so I'll let ya know!

HAMMERHEAD GATHERING IN MADISON, WI, APRIL 24, 2010!!!

All Lovehammers fans—let’s get together for dinner and drinks before the Lovehammers’ show at the Annex in Madison, Wisconsin on April 24!

Time: 5:30 pm CDT

This looks like a fun place with a menu that has something for everyone, at reasonable prices. I saw quite a few excellent reviews, too.
I’ve set up a group reservation for 20 to 30, but that number can be revised. PLEASE LET ME KNOW as soon as possible if you want to attend, so I can confirm the details with the restaurant. If we want, we can use their party room in back for free! We can be in there until 7:15 pm, at which time we would have to vacate that room for a prior reservation. We could continue drinking at the bar, or head to the Annex at that time. Doors at the Annex open at 8:30 pm—I called to check on that.
