I cannot load the new McOrg page either. I could in the beginning but not now. I have to load from my history pages to get to message board.

Try clearing out your Internet history or your cache. The site has been redone and I suspect you have not been able to load it due to you temporary Internet files or your history.
I hope that works!

Guys
As we understand it there is some kind of problem with AOL Transit Data network (which includes AOL, Road Runner and Compuserve) blocking access to the site. If each person complains to their ISP that they cannot access a site that everyone else can, maybe that will help.
I have sent email and made phone calls today to AOL but they are not very responsive to this situation. Maybe if some of you guys who are their customers complain, that will help.

Cindy and everyone, I have also contacted my service provider but if the problem is because of the AOL affiliation with RR, I highly doubt it will ever get resolved. Guess I'm really sorry RR decided to go with this network.

If you are having a problem accessing the site, please post on this thread and tell us what part of the country you are in and who is your Internet Service Provider.
Thank you!

One more quick question for persons who cannot access the site at MartyCasey.org..... can you see my avatar on this board (Marty with a light blue shirt on?) That avatar is hosted at MartyCasey.org so if you can't access MartyCasey.org you should not be able to see that picture either. Or the header of this message board for that matter.....
So do you see any of these things???

Cindy, I can see your AV. I have spent a lot of time emailing technical support this morning. I have told them over and over that it is not the settings. I've done everything they've asked. It's frustrating. I still go to IE and see the homepage so I know it's an AOL thing, but they won't listen. Sorry to vent my frustration.

At least several tech reps at AOL will be wondering "Who is Marty Casey and why does he hold such power over some of our clients?" Silver lining in every cloud

It'll be in tomorrow's mail.

I have contacted AOL Technical and was given may things to try to remedy this problem, but to no avail. I sent an email to AOL (see below), but I have not gotten a response back. I also can not see your avatar, but I CAN see the header. Below is the email I sent to AOL. I have been a customer of AOL's since 1998 and have been very happy until NOW! There is a site that I and many other friends are not able to access through AOL, but can through another browser. This started a few days ago. Up until then we were able to access this site. This site is legitimate and I want to be able to ACCESS! I have contacted the AOL Live help and did all that was recommended but it did not solve the problem. In the meantime I have personally spoken with a number of AOL subscribers and they too are having the same problem. I have been told that AOL is blacklisting this site. I want to know if this is true and why? The site is MartyCasey.org I will wait for your response, which I hope will come quickly. THANK GOODNESS I HAVE ANOTHER BROWSER OTHER THAN AOL TO ACCESS MARTYCASEY.ORG. I will continue to hound AOL! Thanks Cindy for all you help!!

Cindy & I are currently working to resolve the problem. The problem is with AOL/Time Warner which also owns Road Runner and CompuServe. Anyone who utilizes those services to connect to the internet cannot see the site. Everyone else can. But we are working to fix the issue. Please be patient. Thanks!

I'm definitely waiting patiently until the day I can get back into mc.org again. I'm sure I'm not alone to say one of the main reasons my family went to RR was to avoid AOL, and here we are again. Thanks so much for your hard work on this. Judy

Hi all,
My two cents, I still can't access either and when I called RR today they claim that it is a problem "out of their network, so it must be a problem with the site." Thankfully an angel over at the lovehammers message board gave me the address to get directly to this message board. I have not problem here except I do not see Cindy's avatar.
I'll be unavailable again for several days, but I'll check back in after the first of the year to see what's going on and what I can do. Thanks all!
