I think if he was serious there would be alot more promotion out there and there is nothing except what us Street Teaming people are doing. I really hope Doc/ Epic/Sony pull their fingers out as I don't want LH to miss out on sharing their wonderful music with the rest of the world. Just seems like now is the right time and nothing is being done, makes me mad! Hel

Way to go, Stiletto!!!!! I haven't found anyone who doesn't like the LH when they hear them. I've given many cd's to friends to give to their kids to listen to on the condition that they return it if they don't like it. So far, I haven't gotten a single one back. All of the people liked the cd so I gave them one condition...play it for all your friends. We have to keep this grass roots campaing going. Seems the record company has dropped the ball. Unbeleivable to me that they would sign the LH and not promote them. Don't they want to make money? ?? I don't get it.

Last week we finally got MTV Asia and for some reason VH1 India on cable here. I have been watching both endlessly and really trying to be objective about what people are listening to in terms of bands that LH are often compared to, ie Nickelback. (I won't even comment on how often I have to change the channel if my kids come in because of the strip shows called videos by most hip-hop and female acts). Gotta say, I just don't understand why the Hammers don't get the push they deserve --the music is completely relevant and they look one helluva lot better than some of these bands -- including the nekkid chicks!

It is up to us for now. Until we can get the numbers up of MCLH CD, it doesn't look as if Sony is going to be helping promote the band or the CD. Keep up the great Grass Roots campaign. It is always great to hear more stories of people enjoying the CD. I'm with you chk. When I watch VH1 videos, I keep thinking how much better the Lovehammers are in concert and their talent. They just have to be given a chance. Den

I think part of the problem is that many people just don't know what to do. Take my mom, OK, so she is older, but she is the one that got me to watch Rockstar. Kept at me until I came across it by accident. She liked Marty too. (she also liked the "other" one, but.......) She couldn't figure out how I knew so much about him. I kept saying "the internet, the boards, the website" She was like," oh, they have a website?" I work with people younger than me that ask the same thing. I don't think it occurs to them to look on line for info! I only knew LH were touring w/INXS from the LH website. It wasn't advertised through tickemaster or even on my ticket when I got them. It is all word of mouth, or web I guess. We just need to keep spreading the LOVE!
