Well, that was so nice! He seems like a cool guy. I wish TL and crew would have kept him longer. He should not have left on the first night. He was the best of the three that night.

That would have been an awesome show to have seen. Matt does seem like a real sweetie. I really wished he had gone further on Rockstar! He was really good. Better than most of the contestants that are left I have to say.

I missed the first week of the rockstar supernova...so he was voted off first? Why, did they say? It's been a fun show to watch this year.

He made the mistake of doing a Duran Duran song during the elimination round.

that was really nice of them to invite Matt to play guitar! Marty also brought up his fellow rocker and fellow Chicagoan Jessica Robinson to sing Trees with him.

the rockers on supernova don't get to just pick any song to sing when they are in the bottom 3. the song selection for elimination goes the same way as it does with the performance song selection.There 12 songs and Each rocker has to pick 1 song that they want to sing if they end up in the bottom 3. they each learn 2 songs every week. Now it doesn't make sense to me why they were so harsh on him for picking a Duran Duran song if they were the ones who put the song up there in the first place.
it's their loss.

They both have a song called Undertow (Marty's off of L'Strange and Matt's off his cd Never Comfortable)
