How about a LH's calendar?

some artists put together calenders and the proceeds go to st.judes childrens hospital in memphis they should do something like that.i would diffently buy a calender thatsa great idea.

I would definitely buy a calendar. I could always use a nice calendar at work and at home, and I don't think you could find one much nicer than that!!

I just LOVE the Stone Pony Pictures by Anthony Fiore and think those would make an EXCELLENT calendar. Also the B/W pics by him are cool and also would make a bitchin piece of work. That way since they already exsist the LH's wouldn't have to do any more posing for pics. Someone just needs to compile print and mass produce them..........thats all.

I stand corrected, let me give credit where credit is due. The Black and White pics that I was talking about are the Awesome work of Kimberlee Miller. I would love to see a calendar of hers and Anthony's works. Great stuff!!

I would buy a calendar. Maybe there could be a photo contest for fan shots. Or maybe they could do something professional. Or maybe even a daily desktop calendar like those Far Side ones. Then we'd have 365 pics of the guys. Lord knows there are more hot pics than that out there. Tbone, Dan - has anyone thought of this?

for a wall calender there could be colleague of picture from a photo shoot or from a concert instead of just one picture.

We can call the daily calendar 365 days of the Lovehammers, or something a little more creative. Usually they have the picture on the far left and then on the top right they have things like quotes or a little paragraph pertaining to the picture. Then on the right on the bottom they have the date. (at least that's what mine looks like)

there should be a picture of the guys(obviously) and on the top right there can be a quote from Marty or a line of lyrics from one of the songs. Then it would be the date and if it was a date that is special (example- one of the guy's birthday' it would say- August 13- Dino's Birthday)


Anyone up to actually try to put this together?!

the easy part would be designing it.
the hard part would be actually printing them and putting them together and sending them out to people.
Unless we contact the person who takes care of the merchandise sales and they could take care of the printing and putting together and selling.
They could be sold at the shows and online.
They would be perfect for Christmas presents. Since they would start on January 1

Great idea!!! I would definitely buy a LH calendar...I wonder who does their PR? Epic or Doc McGee? Someone should contact the band or Dan....I bet there is a lot of legal contract stuff involved however.....

If someone will try to contact whoever takes care of this and find out what we would have to do, that would be the best way to get startes. if there are to many leagal barriers to go through then we could just use the pictures that we ourselves have taken, then someone who knows how, can make the calendars so that we could download them and print them out ourselves

Yes, there are legal barriers because of Copyright and Trademark laws with photographers and the Lovehammers name.

LH Calendar? GR8 idea!!! The initial proceeds from sales will DEFINITELY make up for their recent loss, don'tcha think? The band can always contribute partial proceeds to a worthy charity, too! Would any of our extremely talented "shutterbugs" care to "board the bandwagon" and take special photos for this project?

We would have to make the calendar and post it in a .jpeg format for people do download and print and i dont know if we can even do this legaly but if anyone knows all the details feel free to correct me

The other day, I actually saw Bo Bice calendars for sale at a local mall's calendar kiosk...IF HE can have one, why can't Marty Casey/Lovehammers as well???

now that they have opened the street team store, i think we will be able to make this calendar happen. Since they had to get permission to make all the things on the street team store we should be able to get the permission to make a calendar. I we can we could sell it on the street team store. i have no idea on how to get permission or whom to contact, but if anyone has any info on how to to this please inform me.

There are a lot of legal barriers to cross before a Lh calendar could be made. If anyone tries to sell Lh merch without Lh's and Epic's and McGhee's approval, it is copyright infringement.

The Street Team Store only got approval because it is *not for profit*. All the items sold in the store are for Street Teaming purposes only.
