  I'm going crazy - I can't find any mention of this on this Board - am I the first to mention it. I was sitting reading tonight while my husband put the baseball game tonight (World Series) and I just about jumped off my chair  - before the game started, they played Hold On by our very favourite band. If this has already been posted, I apologise - I can't find it. And if I've put it in the wrong place, again, I apologise. I'm normally a lurker but sometimes I just have to post and this is one of those times. We should all email the baseball organization or whoever is responsible and congratulate them for such great taste. I just think this is so exciting. Our boys are getting more well known all the time. I think having your song played at a World Series game is a real testament to their great songs and popularity. Can't wait for others to post - I want to share my excitement.

Thanks cjspas. I'm such a huge fan of The LoveHammers and I love coming to the Board and reading everyones posts. You're right, I should participate more often and I will start. Our love of this band and their music has given us all so much pleasure. It is just so exciting to see them get this kind of recognition. Do you think I posted in the right place?

WHOOOO HOOOOO!! I was watching, but the int'l coverage didn't include this! Oh, I felt so bad for chitowngirl that DEEEtroit didn't win, but I think I'm over it! WHAT GREAT NEWS!

The board mods will move the thread if they think it should go somewhere else--they might want it in media but let them decide. Don't let not knowing where to post keep you from posting. Many of us were new to message boards etc when we first got here. I was intimidated to post at first. As you can see by my post count I am long over that. And it is all about the love we all have for this great band! Glad you posted tonight! |
